Eh. When it works it works, but we've had to call several times over the course of 6 months for downed or compromised servers causing non-working emails. maybe 10 years ago, it was ok but we rely so much on electronic communication today and likely indefinitely that it can literally make or break business deals. ~Etheline

Took my laptop in, bought a couple years prior from the same store, because it stopped turning on. He did a battery refresh on it, which just entails removing the battery, putting it back in and starting it back up and its been fine ever since. Great refurbished laptop for an affordable price.
