Great experience. Everyone was very nice and the lady that did my haircut did a wonderful job. I also love that it’s in the shopping center because you can easily grab a drink or something to eat before or after your appointment. The shop was clean and everyone was wearing masks.

Ms. Brooke is amazing! Hands down she is the best! She is an artist when it comes to hair styles and she is a pro with both scissors and clippers.

The staff is here is great and very friendly. The wait was a little long. I didn't know about this until I got there, but other people were using the great clips app to get a spot in line before physically arriving to the store so I would recommend doing that because the wait got as long as 45 minutes at one point and with the app you could avoid that

I hate giving bad reviews (probably have only left 2 or 3 in my life), but as I look in the mirror recutting my hair from mistakes I'm getting a bit tired. I get it, I'm not paying a lot and honestly I'm not expecting a lot (it's a simple military haircut), but at least don't leave chunks of uncut hair and please make some sort of effort to find my part so that it isn't a jagged line. I have had to go home and have my wife fix my hair on multiple occasions. This time, the hair over my ears and around my forehead wasn't even cut. The owner is so nice, I just wish her employees cared more. Service: Hairstyling

I am a senior so, have had many a haircut/hairdresser, in my time. I have found a hairdresser that without sounding ridiculous, I have wanted all my life. She works at Great Clips in the Del Monte Center, Monterey and her name is Lily. Lily, is young, talented, with a sweet personality and cares about the customer. I am so glad to be able to mention her in this review as she so deserves it. In passing, I have been going to Great Clips (started out in Alameda, the Bay Area ) and when I moved to the Monterey Area, the first thing I did, was search for a Great Clips Hair Saloon. All the Great Clips, I have been to, have been great but, because of Lily, The one, I am writing about today (Del Monte Center), is my favourite one. I have noticed the other hairdressers while there, and I have concluded that they too, are just very good at their craft. What would be do without hairdressers? they make us look nice and a good hairdo/haircut, lifts our spirits. Lily, has made my day/week so much better. She is such an asset to Great Clips and I am so glad that I can go to her, when I need a haircut. The haircut she gave me today, is worthy of someone, in the best Hairdressing Saloon, in the world. She is just amazing!!

Asked for a skin fade, was told to take a chair. The girl was very nice and very pleasant. However, she cut my hair for 10 minutes and asked me to take a look. I told her i wanted it down to skin on the sides, and then she said she couldn't do that. It was not her thing to do traditional barber cuts. She could have easily told me before i sat down that she couldn't do it, but instead told me after that she couldn't, and proceeded to charge me full price. Not a real professional way to make money. 2 stars for her manner, no more than that because i was completely unsatisfied. Would boot recommend.
