0 STARS = Veronica, who is subleasing in suit 111 ripped me off I paid over $100 which was supposed to be a Groupon but she said just pay her directly. I paid for a cut- which my hair didn't get AT ALL, color - which my roots started to come out exactly a week later and when I notified her on the same day that my roots are Orange and my natural color is already coming out- she was rude and offered no help! Veronica also was talking bad about her other customers and Britney, the girl she subleased from, oh and I was supposed to get a deep conditioning- but didn't get. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DON'T TRUST HER. SHE COULDN'T EVEN SHOW HER CREDENTIALS.

Everyone has a private space to provide haircuts for men and women and other related services. The building is open 24/7 but the hours for service depend on your individual service provider. My hairstylist is Tracey Ansel who earned the 5 stars.

I was having my hair done when the electrical power started going on and off repeatedly. Then the outlet sparked a huge bolt of lightning and smoke started coming out. I'm glad my stylist is moving to a new salon.

I wish i can give no stars. I drove solo from all the way from Las Vegas, NV all the way to Brea, California to get my eyebrows done by Hanna At Beauty Brows & Lashes. I seen her on instagram and all of her clients eyebrows were all perfect! Every last one of the clients had the best reaction. So for me, someone who has always had issues with my natural eyebrows decided i was going to be the next happy client. I made an appointment months in advance and paid a 50.00 non-refundable deposit. The total amount she said it was going to be was 400.00. So now im there for my appointment and i meet Hanna. She put the numbing gel on my eyebrows and had me sit out the room 15 minutes while i signed her forms which is normal. Then i go back in the room and we start talking about the eyebrows and she said its 400.00 to get them done with the hair lines but to shade it in cost an extra 100.00. So then she charged me an extra 100.00 because i wanted them shaded in which i thought was apart of the whole 3D microblading. So now total the eyebrows are 500.00. Okay now, shes telling me before i get my eyebrows done that they wont be the same eyebrow because of how i lift one of my eyebrows. First of all, ive been drawing on my eyebrows for 11 years now and they always come out even with the same arch. So i told her that. Either way im still thinking in my head " Shes a professional, she can make them even, she will make them perfect." Reason why im thinking that is because she turned no eyebrows into brows. So now shes beginning the process. Im laying on my back and shes behind me doing my brows. And the way she is doing it is actually putting her finger on my eyes and kept making me squint and tear up, along with the super bright light she uses to see when she does the eyebrows. So i kept telling her i needed to stop and take a break because her hand was laying so heavy on my eye i couldn't stand it any longer. I had to put cotton balls over my eyes to cushion it and block it from the light but nothing was helping. And she was such in a rush to get me out. I kept apologizing to her but in reality she should of apologized to me and ill tell you why. When she was done she recored a video of me so she can post on Instagram. When she wiped off my eyebrows they looked great from the view i was at until the video stopped, i got up to actually look at them ans they are 2 different eyebrows. One is thicker than the other with no arch and the other one is skinny and has a arch. I immediately told her about how they were different and all Hanna said was for me to come back 5-6 weeks from today and she will fix it. After she said that she immediately got me to pay for it as if she was too busy to talk to me or fix my eyebrows. So now its a whole month later and her receptionist tells my appointment is today and i actually went off. If your paying 500.00 , your eyebrows should be perfect. So i look on her page and she has done more clients after me and they are all so damn good. So now im pissed. I wrote some comments on her page and now she blocked me. Great right. Lol . Lets see if i can post a beforw and after pic. So you can see the bullshit she did.
