I sometimes come here for shopping. Never have I been seen like that. I was with my family walking in the store looking around to see what I would buy or so. After that once I went to the cashier. I was looking at other stuff. Some employees got out a room and started staring at me like if I was going to steal something. I have never so uncomfortable in that store. The employees just kept staring so I felt uncomfortable and just took out my phone just to watch whatever. Worse experience I had. Never been looked at like that.

Instead of complaining or getting frustrated about lack of employees at a store, do something about it. Contact corporate and no I don't mean call the toll free number I mean CONTACT CORPORATE tell them your concerns and frustrations. But also understand where we live, California. Attitudes have changed so much in this state. This lady I talked to in the bank said "IT IS WHAT IT IS" 😳

Waited 30 minutes for them to open the monster case, only to be told they didn't even have the key to open the case. Not to mention one of the workers out right ignored us when we asked her, cashier and manager were very sweet though. We asked if we could just get 12 monsters like in the case and pay the same price as that but unfortunately they weren't able to do that. Besides the one worker who blatantly ignored my mother when she asked for help, everyone was very kind and respectful.

People who work there are very rude. When asking anyone for help you get the run around. Asking for a manager is mo help either for there isn't one available. Walking down the aisles is challenging with pallets in the middle. Shelves are half full, prices do not match with the product on shelf or online. I use the scan and go on the Walmart app when the prices don't match and you ask for help noone knows how to fix the problem of adjusting prices its supposed to be a faster way which in some cases it is and love it but there still times where is a hassle.

Tried their grocery ordering service & when ordering everything was in stock but when my order was filled 11 item's weren't available,3 were left out.The Pickup location wasn't clear,Then loading the order was delayed because their internet was out.After taking every step to inform Walmart about these concerns I got no response till late afternoon,I was then told that it would take 5 day's to be refunded for missing item's but they did give me a promo code for my next visit which was nice.

I never show my receipt and I never will. I don't ask to see the things they payed for or ask to look in there car. If they really thought I stole something there would be more than that old lady at the door for me just know that. I didn't sign a contract to be there it's not Costco.. it makes them mad but it's there policy not mine.

Horrible customer service and I don’t give poor reviews often. I’ve tried calling pickup for over an hour and someone kept answering the phone then hanging up. I tried calling different departments and no one answered. Zero work ethic. Do better.

The cashier was HORRIBLE!!! Ruined my entire experience today. Her name is Maryam. I asked her for a divider. She looked at me, then kept ringing up groceries. I asked again. No response again! I yelled, “I need a divider!” She laughed, then called another employee over to find out what I was asking. A few minutes later I asked for an empty basket. Again, I had to ask a second time. She called another employee over to get one. My friend was being checked out after me. I left to start putting my items in my car. When my friend came out, she told me that she did the same thing to her when she had a question, only my friend noticed that she had earbuds on under her scarf. My friend could see her talking in her phone. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! If she was my employee, she wouldn’t have a job anymore! 🤬 Now, I would like to address “Victoria from produce”. You have an exceptional employee there. I asked Victoria if there were any pre-made salads with an expiration date later than what was out. She said she would check. She came back in a few minutes with what I had asked for. Great attitude & seems to be proud to have her job!

McHenry Walmart is the worst. The older black lady at customer service has to be the worst retail worker I've ever seen. How she still has a job being that unprofessional and rude is a mystery of all mysterious. To return one item it took 40 and then she still needed a manager to approve my return even thow I had the receipt

Not a lot of staff around but the one that actually helped me (now it doesn't say her name on the receipt not that me failing to get it means it should be, needless to say operator#002327) was very friendly but efficient. And that is what I like in a cashier, I don't care for idle chit chat at the register. Im always late so usually in a hurry, I just don't have the time most of the time. So props to her "job well done". Other than that I kept this trip short unlike this post. Most of my time was spent in cosmetics. Where I made a purchase, that's where I was helped by operator#002327. I proceeded down a craft aisle, found some beads, walked around the jewelry counter and hit the self check out. What I saw was clean. A fairly uneventful visit. Perfect. Here is what I picked up.
