Indian Tree Animal Hospital has been seeing our cat for about 5 years. They are always on time and work quickly to get you in and out. Much appreciated when you have a cat who's less than thrilled to be there. They also handle her gently and do a good job keeping her calm.

I cannot recommend Indian Tree enough. They have been a light in the dark over the last couple of months for my elderly dog, who is sadly in his final days. All I want to do is make sure that he's comfortable and can enjoy the time he has left. Every vet I took him to before Indian Tree insisted on putting him through tests and giving him treatments when there's really not much that can help him at this point. All I wanted was to get him on a pain and anxiety medication regimen to make him feel better, and no one would do it because they were worried about his kidney health. At this point in his life, his kidneys are not the primary concern. It's so hard to watch your pets suffer, and I felt helpless about this until I found Indian Tree. They have been so compassionate and accommodating. They listen to my concerns and are honest with me about my dog's well-being. And they genuinely seem to love him, which is enough reason to keep taking him there. While my dog won't be cured, his end-of-life experience has been made so much better by Indian Tree and I can't express how much that means to me.

Dr. Payne is the best vet! She always takes care of my pets like they're her own. She's very good at explaining what's going on and what the options are in a way that's easy to understand as a layperson. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a smart, genuine, enthusiastic vet!

Honestly if I could give 0 starts I would. First of all this place is such a money grab it’s not even funny. I took my dog in for a growth on his back, and what we guessed was an ear infection. Well this office said his ears were completely normal, and they “cleaned them” only to rack that onto my bill without asking me. My new vet said he does in fact have a yeast ear infection. The growth they charged 100+ just to look at under a microscope, and then asked for 350 more to analyze it further. Ridiculous prices and very disingenuous techs. They charge 2x the normal price for rabies and it’s only a year vaccine. I will never go back here and everyone I talk to hates this place too. Stay far far away.

********I absolutely LOVE Indian Tree********* The moment you walk in the front doors I promise you will have a great experience! The front desk staff always greet me with a friendly smile. Dr. Hendricks always takes his time with my animals and hears all of my concerns. I’m also impressed that he gets down on the floor to meet my animals at their level to make them feel more comfortable. I always leave knowing my animals had/have the best care! I’ve already recommended several of my friends to Indian Tree and will continue to do so!

I have been taking my Gemma to this vet since she was young and I cannot say enough good things about them. They always understand when I have a concern about the cost seeing as I live pay check to pay check and they always do what they can to make the visit affordable for me while still taking great care of my dog. They are insanely reassuring to the humans when they need to be. If I am in an emergency situation and they can’t see her right away, they are quick to give me good references in my area. I will never take my girl anywhere else! Thank you Indian Tree!! ❤️

I moved here a few months ago, tried two other vet’s, and have been searching for an excellent vet. I guess I could say I’m lucky in a way it was my third try and that was Indian hill. The staff was beyond professional helped me in and out with my dog . They diagnosed my dog and finally she is getting the proper medical treatment. I would truly recommend Indian Hill if you truly care about your beloved pet as I do.
