Materials are okay and nice customer service sometimes. A white tall gentleman transferred from the grocery outlet works their now. Actually, it was fun seeing him following me around the store. At times, he hid behind the curb to watch me or he cleans the rows where ever I was. I had fun with him though. May be If I am at the store, I will ask him to empty my pockets so he does not call the police to shoot me, this is how I feel about him. Or may be they could hire black people, treat them nice for them to stay. What do you think?

Great place to get inexpensive tools to get the tool that you need without paying too much especially for a hobbyist like myself. Sometimes things are a little hard to find in the store but it gives you an excuse to wonder.

Great place to walk around and grab the few things you need/want for whatever DIY project(s) you may be working on. Keep in mind that a lot of the stuff sold here is cheap for a reason, and you probably don't want to buy anything heavier duty, but there's tons of other tools and accessories that can get you through a few projects and definitely are worth the price and then some. Also, be sure to look out for the open box/missing pieces section, every once-in-a-while there's some great stuff to be found.

Tool candy. Just love any excuse to visit Harbor Freight stores good parking lot Great staff knowledgeable and helpful. And the prices are very reasonable. They have multi colored sockets, didn't even know that these existed first thought they were funny but remember trying to find the right size and then it makes sense.

Very helpful employees. Good selection. BUT...Don't like gimmicks however with the "IRT" club. Paid yearly membership for $29.95 to get discounts. Harbor Freight premise is to be a discount store. Why would I want to pay for "more" discounts??? Marketing trap. Unless you're there every week purchasing, then maybe... but me? No thanks...
