Cashier was extremely rude to me for absolutely no reason. It was a normal checkout. We barely spoke as I just loaded stuff on the conveyor and she scanned it. I have no idea why she felt the need to snap at me multiple times, toss my groceries and then after I had paid and was bagging my groceries, instead of her putting the next customer's items on the other exit conveyor (that's literally why there are two at each check stand), she put them on my conveyor where I was rushing to get my stuff bagged and then she forced the conveyor unnecessarily far forward crushing my chips and other items. Wow. Some people are just trash and evidently this WinCo hires trash.

Compared to the walmart that is close by, I enjoyed this much more. Employees are helpful and friendly and prices are reasonable.

Winco has better and tastier choices of rotisserie chicken than Costco. It carries a wide selection of products and high turnover of produce. I can always get smaller quantity of high quality groceries and fresh produce at lower prices@winco in addition, it is the only store that credit you for bringing your own grocery bags. What a creative incentive for customer to go green!

Love supporting an employee co-op, and the prices here are great. Meats and produce are always top notch, and the bulk and coffee sections are great for those of us that like to mix and match everything.

One of the workers harassed my friend and I. We were in the electric carts shopping and simply utilizing the utilities given to us by the store upon entry. Who is the worker to say whether or not I have a medical issue? My friend and I were suffering from micro-tears in our gluteus Maximus, hamstrings, and quadriceps. As such, our recovery routine includes limiting our walking as much as possible. If you look at the store policy - there is nothing wrong with a customer utilizing the electric carts to aid their shopping. The worker then called security on us while we were checking out, but nobody came. I would’ve been more than happy to educate the security on their store policy. I would advise you to do a better job at considering others situations before you get sued.

We are isolated disabled senior shut-ins that haven't been able to to shop at WinCo for going on 3 years. I wish they could coordinate with ADA's LIFT program so we could get a weekly delivery of their rotisserie chicken & Cole slaw, & the occasional purchase of El Monterey Tamales (that Walmart Delivery has been out of for 2.5 years), and their steel cut oats (that don't have the aftertaste of Walmart brands).

Produce dept. clean and full. Prices a little higher for meat especially beef but this is true everywhere. Here meat dept. is clean with lots of choices and helpful employees. The health care dept. though limited, carries a little of everything and is full and organized. Love bulk foods and bulk coffee! Bring your own bags or there are some for purchase. You bag your own groceries here and this is one way they keep prices low. Overall a very positive experience and I didn't see a mess anywhere. Winco is an awesome store and I will definitely return

Good prices, open 24 hours. The store is not flashy but the food is good. There is usually a good selection of produce. Not as much organic or specially produce, just good, normal food at a good price. The meat department Is good but not fancy. They often have the best price and selection of meats. The Salt and vinegar wings in the deli are worth the trip all by themselves. There is an extensive bulk food selection. I particularly like the bulk herbs and spices. They have separate bins for clean and used spoons for scooping the spices. They have nice, prepackaged salads that are very large and a good price. A lot of variety in the salads, too. Easily large enough for a full meal. They have a lot of canned foods. Some of the store brands are really good and I prefer them over some name brand foods. Dairy is adequate. Not a huge selection but everything you need. Often they have milk, sour cream, yogurt when Walmart is sold out. They sell a lot so the products are fresh because they get restocked so often. The bakery is ok but they have a very good selection of packaged bread. A lot of variety and good quality brands. Frozen food selection is good. They have family size packages of most things. Some other stores only have smaller packages and portions but Winco seems to cater to families. They have ready made pizza dough in the cold case by the cheese and meat. It makes great pizza but also makes good rolls. If you bring your own bags they credit you 5 cents per bag. This is not a fancy or flashy store but it is good quality at a good price. When other stores run out of things I can usually find what I need at Winco.

No one can beat winco prices. When i look at my receipt, I spend twice as much at Whole Foods or New Seasons. I just wish there was a Winco in Portland proper (westside). I have to drive 7-10 miles and I'll do it sometimes, but not always unfortunately.
