Had a great experience at this store! We walked in knowing we wanted to upgrade our current mattress in the near future, were not pressured at all! We got to test a few models and then just made the decision to pull the trigger and buy now- why wait for better sleep?! Such a relaxing environment and I totally loved the calming scent of lavender in the store! I can't wait to get our new mattress delivered! Highly recommended! The sales staff there was very easy going and so great to deal with. I'm terrible with names but I think the gentleman we worked with was Jason. It says a lot about a company when their employees have invested in the products themselves!

Carson at the store made our day! Very friendly and not pushy at all. They made sure we felt comfortable and got to try all the different products, we brought our 3 year old with us and they were super accommodating. Would recommend everyone come and try out the purple mattresses. We're very excited for our mattress to be delivered.

Our sales representative was Carson she was amazing! She answered all our questions and never once pushed us into anything. She knows what she’s talking about and allowed us to try everything until we found what was the perfect fit for us down to the pillows and sheets. I would recommend Purple to anyone!

Going to the showroom and trying out all of the beds was definitely what made my choice easy. Very friendly staff who let me try everything at my own pace and their recommendations were spot on. Carson called the purple 3 the goldilocks bed and now having slept on it a few weeks it truly is the perfect fit. My lower back pain has definitely improved which is why I was looking for a new bed. I'm absolutely satisfied with my purchase.

They are so helpful with finding the right mattress for you and letting you know everything about the mattress. It wasn't intimidating at all like I thought it would be when buying a mattress, they are so friendly and really care about what you think of the mattresses and want to help you find the right one. They made the whole process so easy and helped with the payment plan option as well. Definitely recommending them to anyone looking for a mattress to check them out. Also the mattresses are soooooo comfy!!

I had a great experience here a little more than a month ago. Jason, Carson, and the manager were very helpful in helping me pick out a purple mattress (the original one) and pillow (the original one). I love the mattress and the pillow! No more neck pain after five years of having intermittent neck pain which was obviously due to my pillows. Thank you all! Go visit them in person and try the mattresses. I was not asked to write this review and was not compensated in any way for the review or the mattress. I'm just a satisfied sleeper.

We had an excellent experience with Carson helping us choose a mattress. We also went to the casper store in Washington Square and the overall feeling was night and day better working with Purple. Ordering with Carson was easy and I'd recommend if anyone asked me. Genuinely friendly and not pushy in the least!

One of the better brick and mortar experiences. I got a Purple pillow two years ago and it was a game changer for me. We visited this location to try out their various mattresses. All of them are great however it’s worth going in and trying them all out. We’re going to get a Hybrid 2. This am upgrade from memory foam. The staff kind and knowledgeable and doesn’t work on commission. They genuinely want to help you find what’s best for you.

Will always recommend visiting a store vs just ordering online! We bought two Harmony pillows not too long ago and tried out a few mattresses for a future purchase. We went back to order the mattress and brought out puppy, Blaze. Shelley was so friendly and helpful, and helped us while we tried to manage the little one.
