Pretty disappointed to hear that when my wife went in to try and upgrade to a new phone, she was told she needed to check with her husband before doing so. Extremely frustrating to have the one day of the week where she has a chance to go take care of this sort of thing, to have it thwarted in the very store by the clerk she is trying to give money to. I don’t know if they were trying to make a bigger sale or it was just old fashion misogyny, but that was just about as useless and embarrassing an experience she could have. Thanks for nothing.

Lorenzo Gonzales at Bridgeport Plaza was a lifesaver today. In three minutes, he solved a problem I was having with email on my phone. This was after Samsung and Concast could not.He was charming, knowledgeable and patient. He is a model of what a customer service representative should be.

The customer service was outstanding! You may have to wait a bit if you just walk in but when it is your turn, they treat you like long lost family ! Dan is who I worked with, and he is a expert . He is very smart and prepared to assist you with all questions. He took the time to answer all of my questions in a way that I could truly understand and make a clear choice regarding the situation. If you have any telecommunication needs, don’t hesitate to go in and ask for Dan, he will leave there wine to make sure you have his number for future references. I have been with AT&T for a very long time, because they have a very highly trained professional staff members that are truly nice people.

Went inside with a question about my phone, and was told to wait for a rep. After waiting for a while my friends and I started playing games while waiting. They then asked us to leave because we were playing games in the store, before they even sent someone over to me to answer my question. When I pointed this out to them, they sent someone over to talk to me who made no effort to help me and told me to Google the answer to my question. Absolutely unbelievable customer service to a multi-year AT&T customer.
