I spoke with Blake B. about my phone, not even a Metro phone plan, but he patiently fixed my phone. Planning on switching, he confirmed by his politeness and patients that he had. Clean store, very nice experience.

The employees at Metro PCS in Corvallis, OR were really unprofessional. One of them was talking to the other one while he was asking for my personal info/telling me stuff about my phone plan. They did not confirm which plan they set me up with, I said I wanted the $40/month and they signed me up for the $60/month plan. Also, they told me the phone comes with a c charger, but didn't explain it fully how there is no way to plug it into the wall. They could have told me the type of wall plug l I needed to purchase. I called them, and I wasn't yelling, I was having anxiety because I didn't know how to plug in my new phone. He demeaned me and said I needed to calm down before he answered my question, which was a simple answer. They should lose their jobs or have someone higher up train them in respecting their customers, not talking to each other while helping a customer (while the other coworker was speaking to me about my new phone, and asking questions to set up my phone plan. There was noone else in the store. The other employee was literally talking to the one that was "helping" me.), and tell customers which phone plan they are set up with and what type of charger is needed for their new phone. Extremely unprofessional!!

The new store manager, Blake B. is a very welcome addition to the Corvallis store in comparison to many of the previous store personnel who seemed disinterested in real customer service, especially the ACP program. Thank you for placing a truly exceptional representative in our community.

Metro sucks, one of their employees sold me a phone under false pretenses, was rude, and didn't know anything about half the products in the store, I would never recommend this carrier to anyone and am very disappointed, if giving zero stars was an option I would do that. I am going to tell everyone I know about how terrible you guys are from this point on so that nobody else has to deal with your horrible customer service and inability to hire employees with any sort knowledge of the products they are selling. This has been the single most unpleasant and irritating experience I have ever had with a mobile carrier. Thanks for nothing.

Complete scam .I went in to add a new line to my account and I was told by the worker ( I believe Austin) that I am not allowed to add a line unless I buy accessories for the phone fifty dollars worth mind you. I asked where that was printed anywhere and all he had to say was "new policy"

My mom has went in to this store twice to get a phone upgrade. The guy helping her each time treated her like complete garbage. He was rude and arrogant. He was not helpful and acted like my mom was trash because she has a budget for a phone. She has more money than her budget but she was only willing to pay so much for a upgrade. She ended up walking out. She said she has never been treated so horrible before by a person. I believe his name is Michael. Also a customer came in asking for directions somewhere and as soon as she left the 2 employees in the store started cussing and calling her names.

This company blows!!! My exwife convinced me to try it. Turns out i lose the number ive had since 2008- right? Anyway, worst signal EVER!!!! Over HALF the country is horrible service. Horrible horrible horrible

I came in to see about purchasing a new phone, and was helped by Christian and Odie (not sure the spelling) and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with phone service and overall service. They were so polite and helpful. It made my anxious experience comfortable and easy. Couldn’t be more happy with today, thanks again

Went online and found some great deals that were listed as only being valid with an in store purchase only. I was planning on opening a new $40 unlimited line(coming from other company), purchasing a hotspot with the 50GB for $50 deal as well as looking into most likely purchasing a pet tracker for $10 a month as well. So anticipated spending around 100-150 after any unexpected fees. When I was online there was an option on the official website that said give my goodness I Gps permission so that they could give me the location of the store nearest to me offering the deals mentioned. I went in the store a d immediately was told that I was going to have to pay $30 for the hotspot unit that was supposedly free online with purchase of the 50gb for $50 deal. And then on top of that he said that the best deal they offered on hotspot data was "100 and something for 35gb." They also didn't honor the deal on the phone I was wanting either at that location o guess as well as big carrying the pet tracker. When I asked why literally nothing that was stated online was being honored I was told that they were a 3rd party location so they had a completely different pricing model that they followed even tho I was directed to that specific store for those specific pre selected deals online. I drove across town for nothing basically and the guy I had to deal with just literally continued to repeat the same 3rd party location jargon at me instead of trying to be helpful. If I could give less stars I would. I went into the store with an optimistic mindset that I was going to be getting a good deal on the items that I was needing and thanks to the shotty performance and idgaf attitude of the employee who made no effort to help me I left with a soured Viewpoint of metro by T mobile as a whole.
