Horrible place. Poor kids are constantly understaffed causing them to struggle to keep up. I expected more from subway. Surely they are hiring people right? The tall older gentleman wasn’t very polite and made us feel rushed to get our food. With how pricy this place has gotten you’d think the manager would try harder to make sure our meals weren’t sloppy looking. I will not be returning until they are adequately staffed and they find a kinder manager.

Don't know when this happened, or if there's new ownership, but last week when my husband went to pick up dinner, he said none of the regular staff that he recognized were there, and they said they no longer carry Gluten Free bread as an option at all, which means that my husband and I can't enjoy a Subway sandwich together any more. We have been regular customers for years now and the folks working wouldn't even give him a break just once and let him use our coupon to get a sandwich for me and a salad bowl for him. It was a real disappointment, after being consistent customers of this location for years now, that they couldn't offer just a little bit of flexibility. In the short run it meant we figured something else out for dinner, but in the long run it unfortunately means that they'll lose our business.

Staff seemed a little rude. Bread was stale, and food was lacking flavor. Way over priced. I may try other locations but I will not return to this location just across from campus.

The in-store line is even faster than the online order. Amazing!! Ordered almost 30mins ago, and still not done while two other groups of people who came in behind us already got their orders. Extremely understaffed.

I have only ordered online since covid, but the orders have always been correct. Always good and done when the app said it would be done. Maybe I am just lucky that way, but I like to think that is just the way it is at this pace

Ordered the chicken salad it got chopped so fine I felt like somebody else had already chewed it and placed it in my bowl. Horrible salad and I was in too much of a hurry to be able to go back and change it. The chicken was chopped beyond recognition. When i called the store to tell them, the manager said i had to request the chicken be placed last. Ive eaten Subway salads for years and have never had to ask them to place chicken on top. It seems like a no-brainer. Other stores do this, why not this one. I did initially ask for a non chopped salad but she had already started chopping. Sorry I didn't.

I was planning to give three star for the slow service we were 2 in the line and I waited more than expected. The surprise comes 5 minute later when I found this long hair in my tuna sandwich!!!!!
