Only put two slices of turkey on my sandwich. Asked why the other subways usually put more an she just said “they told me I can only put that much or I have to charge more”. So I paid extra for the additional meat. They then stacked my meat, cheese and toppings all in the crease of the sandwich so i had to remake it when I got home. Just a bad experience, I’ve never seen anyone mess up making a sandwich before in my life. Didn’t even know it was possible till now.

The 2 lady's working here today on Christmas were totally overwhelmed . But they kept going. When I got there I was behind 12 people and only had to wait 30 minutes. Some customers were mean and rude. I hope the owner knows how lucky they are to have these 2 people working for them.

Good sandwiches made to order. Always nice when the worker isn't so busy he/she is throwing the sandwiches together. A little extra time in preparing each sandwich is appreciated.

Great place to get a sandwich, especially if you have a coupon. I generally won't spend 10 bucks on a subway sandwich but I will get one for $6.50 with a coupon. Call me cheap but in today's economic climate? I don't eat out very often, but when I do it is always with a promo deal or a coupon.

Witnessed so rude behavior Subway's employee (Delaney) toward other customer in line behind me. Shocked that Subway hire such bad workers. I lost interest in Subway at all. Better eat some burgers. Where at least nice people work. By the way, food was not fresh.

Sunny the cashier was absolutely rude! She needs to be trained in customer service skills! She had an attitude. Calling management! The way she talked to customers is uncalled for! Wont be returning to the subway at pilot!

Service is a good place for small it's inside the pilot next to the Taco Bell They don't serve wraps that the service is good with the food is nice prizes alright good place to have some breakfast and a decent clean meal
