Unbelievable. You would think you're bothering them at home the way they react to request for help. The techs and front line staff (basically everyone who is not the doctor) was rude and dismissive. On top of all that, they didn't order the correct prescription and then refused to rush the order or discount my next pair. ~Cody

Simply just an amazing place to have your taxes done. The knowledge of the staff, especially Shirley, is top notch. We've even coming here for 15 years and are never disappointed. Highly recommended! ~JOE

Only put two slices of turkey on my sandwich. Asked why the other subways usually put more an she just said “they told me I can only put that much or I have to charge more”. So I paid extra for the additional meat. They then stacked my meat, cheese and toppings all in the crease of the sandwich so i had to remake it when I got home. Just a bad experience, I’ve never seen anyone mess up making a sandwich before in my life. Didn’t even know it was possible till now. ~van

Food is good but with all the prices jacked up and your only one waiting in line for your food shouldn't take 13 min. You make people wait that long you should be upgrading the drink or something. So till they can move faster don't go unless you like to just sit and wait and wait and wait. ~Sir

This afternoon at about 3:15 pm, I picked up a large Rueben sandwich on white bread to split with my wife at home. When I got home and unwrapped the sandwich - it was disappointing. For the $9.40 (plus $2.00 tip - given when I ordered), total of $11.40, this sandwich lacked enough filling contents, specially in pastrami and sauerkraut. The young people staffing the restaurant at the time seemed to be more engaged in their personal conversations than getting orders out in a timely manner, too. Back to Jimmy John's next time.
