We used the drive through this afternoon and we had missing items from our order. After informing the guy at the window of our missing items it became kind of a argument to just to get what we paid for . 2 stars because food was good minus the service.

If I could give a negative number review I would have. Went in on 7-16 for dinner. Stood at counter and nobody even acknowledged us. Finally this older guy in jeans and an open shirt looked my way and I asked if we were going to be waited on. His reply was basically no, they were too busy to help at counter because of drive up. I told him we would eat somewhere else and he said go ahead he didn't care. I am so disappointed in him and his KFCk

Went to my local KFC here in Central Point, OR and ordered four breast, mashed potatoes & gravy and biscuit meals. Only to arrive home to find two boxes had thighs in them. This is the fourth time in a years period that my order was short changed. Will be traveling to Medford from now on. Turning into a dishonest franchise here in CP

Worst KFC ever i’m a truck driver and they deny me from buying food because I couldn’t go through the drive-through. I explain to the manager and to the employee that I was a truck driver and they told me that without a car I cannot buy a food and before I left the employee sarcastically laughed worst place ever

Famous bowl was gross, corn was over cooked and didn’t have actual popcorn chicken in it just giant chunks of chicken strips making it difficult to eat. Biscuit was so hard it was uneatable and one of three chicken strips were so undercooked it wasn’t possible to eat it. They’re always so slow. We won’t be back.

Food is good but with all the prices jacked up and your only one waiting in line for your food shouldn't take 13 min. You make people wait that long you should be upgrading the drink or something. So till they can move faster don't go unless you like to just sit and wait and wait and wait.

If I can give zero stars I would.... I went about 8:30pm. I walked over across the street from truck stop to place a order and lobby door was locked, no sign indicating the lobby was closed. Two employees looked and said go to drive through right so I'm guessing the lobby is closed. I went to drive through a car is in front of me I'm on foot so I went to drive through window and this guy tell me they are closed its like 8:35pm at this point.... So I approach the people that were in the jeep in front of me and ask them did the guy tell them they were closed. They replied no. Must be because I'm black

Okay food and service. Definitely not for those who are vegan/vegetarian or watching their weight. Most of the food here is fried and overly salty. KFC is about on par with other fast food restaurants but not as progressive as those who are offering meat substitutions and healthier options.

Fast service and friendly faces is the only reason its getting 2 stars from me. Food was horrible which is all that really matters. Their oil is burnt or they sent out food that should have been thrown away for being overcooked. Chicken strips are dry amd have a foul after taste. Waste of $10.
