Not sure why they have a drive through, they just send EVERYONE out front to park. Guess that's what makes it a true "drive thru" you just don't get anything on the way past the window. When they had me pull forward there wasn't even anyone behind me. Might as well put up drive up ordering. Waste of time for them to have to run every meal out. Guess that way you can't complain to them when you wait forever for your food. Better come out fresh and hot after this loonngg wait!

I got online to look at the menu , i wanted the 8 piece family fill up that included 3 sides ,4 biscuits for $20.00. I order it ,they say it only comes with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I figure its still a good deal at $20.00. I get the total and it was almost $30. So less food for $10 more. Not worth it.

Stop by tonight at 8:45pm 11-16-22 order my son a 5pc chicken tinder sub fry’s for cheese curds my sons 6 and he starts crying because his mouth is on fire they gave him siracha cheese curds charged me for the curd a whole meal more mad about the cheese curds and when I try to call in about it the phone line just busy.. worst experience since they fired Jeramy

Slow service. Order was wrong. Expensive. Rude staff. Dirty tables. Food was barely warm when we got it. The breading on onion rings didn't even stay on the onions. The burger gave a rancid like after taste in my mouth. Pass this one up!!

Ordered a 16 piece to go, got home, opened the bucket, everyone got portions. Big issue is my brother found a piece of steel wool sticking out of the breading. Clearly there's a sanitation problem at this location and if they're not careful someone is eventually gonna sue. Highly recommend not eating at this location anymore

Arrived at 9:30 and the restaurant did not have any chicken (strips, bowls, original, etc…) and we were told they would not cook any for my group of 14 athletes. Sorry business probably lost out on $200 worth of business. We were willing to wait for the chicken strips to cook but I was flat told they would NOT cook anything else.

Agree with most of these reviews! I'm always asked to wait. I have simple orders like 2 papa burger meals. After paying your asked to park around front and they'll bring it out. After 10 minutes of waiting I went inside to see what is the hold up? They were out of frys! I k ow it doesn'ttake that long to cook frys. This is the third time this had happened. No apologies either for the wait, not from the guy inside and not from the person who finally brought out my food several minutes later still!! They have lost my business!

Not happy with their service. Couldn't hear us in the drive thru so we went inside and ordered. Two people came in after us but were given their orders before ours. Pepsi tasted flat and sweet.

Customer service was bad. Got my order wrong 3 times. Seems like everytime I have got food here there was a ssu with the order. Double check your order before you drive away from here. Also watched staff eating and drinking in the food area.

The customer service here is atrocious! I watched a gentleman walk in the other night and get ignored by your employees for several minutes. No one greeted him or acknowledge him. I was picking up a mobile order so I've seen this behavior several times. I on the other hand am very outspoken and ask where the status of my order is. Simply saying: Hi, we'll be with you in just a moment would probably suffice. The personal conversations should probably not be discussed when you have a lobby of customers and everyone is listening to your drama from outside of work.
