Purposely puts a trash can in the drive thru so they can all hang out inside and not take anyones orders. I also called the store and it rang for a solid 5 minutes. Where’s the manager? Anyways, avoid this place possible. Since they don’t want to sever anyone.. I hope they go out of business for good.

1st, it's awesome that they hire mentally challenged people to work there. 2. It's just mean to leave them alone at the window with a line of people. That poor kid was trying his best and nobody would help him😭 I don't know how to feel about this place.

I am visiting here and have stopped by this location 2 times to try to get food. Both times durn normal business hours and no one has been there. The lit signs says open but there is no staff!!!

Always hot. Full tacos, fast, friendly. Just gotta say..... the best I've ever eaten from. On the ball, real deal employees care. Just never see that at any Mc doodles if ya know what I mean.

They seem perpetually understaffed, but the food is all right. With the speaker facing a high traffic road it's almost a necessity to yell into the speaker for ordering and that can be very frustrating at times. Food is usually right, however we've had small fried items forgotten and fries way overcooked. We're selective when ordering from this location to minimize disappointment. It's an easy enough location to access, particularly so with a light right on the corner.

At some point, years ago, I had the last Jack in the box burger I could stand. I only ate their bacon cheddar potato wedges and those got old. At some point, they revamped their food and wow!! They are good now!! It's still fast food, but it's better quality of food and service.

Service was slow for 2 items. I was the only one in drive through and no one was inside. Churros had no cinnamon and sugar. Strawberry milkshake was not mixed. Interesting experience. How come I never see commercials anymore? Are they on the downward ?

I have been here five times in the past two months 1) first time was told that their systems were down and they were only taking cash 2) same experience the second time 3)successfully ordered food 4)told the system was down and they couldn't take cash or credit, only mobile orders, which was funny because I heard them tell the guy in front of me who was picking up orders that the system was not processing mobile orders 5) told they were closed because of staffing So in short, avoid this jack. I'm pretty sure the staff is just lazy and probably just hanging out while collecting their hourly, if I was the franchise owner I'd probably start conducting surprise visits.

You deserve no stars. One word - DISGUSTING....... At 6:45 pm there was no one in line but me from the time I arrived and as I left (should have been a clue) so you were rushed is no excuse. The fact that you couldn't figure out how to sell 3 tacos (telling me they only come in sets of two) was a start. But then my tacos and seasoned curly fries arrived. No lettuce in any of them. Just meat, cheese and so much taco sauce it squirts out. The tacos are so oily and greasy I could change the oil in my car with it. They were inedible and went in the trash.........and how about the picture of those SEASONED, CURLY fries looking all straight and regular. But I'll bet you folks are looking for that $15 an hour that you think you deserve.
