My first order was a Big Mac with two large coffees. They allow three creams per coffee before charging supposedly. However they charged me $0.60 for the six creams.. I also requested napkins and coffee stirrers and got neither. A week later I ordered two large coffees six cream on the side again I was charged 60 cents. On their information they stayed 99 cent delivery tree I'm 1.1 miles away from them and they charged me almost $5. Also I was working in Portland they are based in Portland and they charged me sales tax. Definitely not a store you do not want to keep an eye on and hold them honest.

Hey, it's McDonald's! But there's more to this one. It is open 24 hours, and the location not far off I-5 is great. Not bad as far as parking, but on a Saturday when my little grandson was having his first birthday there, the parking lot did seem a little full. Regardless, the place is kept clean, the service and food are exactly what you want and expect in a McDonald's, and the staff is very kind and welcoming. We found this to be true even while holding a birthday party here, where we simply took over a sizable section of the restaurant merely by the presence of so many people. I've been to this location a few times in the past, and I have no doubt that I will be back again.

Major food poisoning. 2 Mcdoubles and a large fry. Been throwing up literally all night. Too many customers, too big of a rush, I guarantee corners were cut. Only took a little over an hour for the sickness to settle in. Been sharing every other meal with family, and no one else is bothered at all. I KNOW this McDonalds gave me major Food Poisoning. Edit: it is now after 4 pm on the next day, and I'm still incredibly naucious. DO NOT EAT HERE.

This location is not always open late night or early morning hours. They've been closed at 3am to open back up at 5am. Many nights only accepting cash. Customer service is ok, drive thru line is always slow because person taking orders purposely takes time between orders backing up the line. Not a very safe area with sidewalk camps and people on drugs walking around. Many Customers simply heading to work needs some food and one of the only 24 hour place open can't even do their part right.

Horrible service, kept repeating the deal code from app and worker could never seem to get it right. Also the sandwich i got cost 50Cents more than the other two McDonald's I go to. Finally my Mcgriddle literally had one tiny piece of bacon. I had to check my receipt just to make sure it said bacon lol. Not really funny. ☹️

I have only had a couple of very small issues here, and I’m here 4 days a week, over the last 120 days! The employees are nice and polite. The day manager is kind, courteous, and caring, not just to his team, but to everyone, and is quick to fix an issue with ease and without more trouble. This location is one of my favorites in Portland!

I usually come there at night where the young man who takes orders is probably the best drive thru employee I’ve ever come in counter with. I took my daughter there a couple weeks ago before school and the person taking my order ( the mgr in charge, I can tell when I got to the window. She had on a head set and a bow tie) needs some customer service skills taught to them. This person continually asked me after every item “is that it”. I didn’t take long to order as we knew what we wanted. This manager of all people was hands down one of their worst. Should NEVER EVER ask a customer is that it. How about “is there anything else we can get for you”. all I wanted to do is come there and spend my money and in turn made me feel like I never want to come back. If it wasn’t for the stellar graveyard employee id never visit this place again. Your morning mgr needs to understand that the customers are the ones paying her check.

Same here. If you don't like your job don't do it. How in the world you didn't understand COFE? I guess even if I will say it on my Russian anybody will understand it. Anyway I ordered 2c which is quarter pounder deluxe and instead of that got some crispy chicken... just tell me how, how is it possible not to understand numbers and COFE? COFE is COFE doesn't matter what accent I'm speaking with.

It's a typical McDonald's ... nothing remarkable, nothing unique ... just those got dang "golden arches," drive-thru lanes, inside seating and the usual overpriced, fattening junk food. meh & blah.
