Wish I could give them zero. We always use the app to order because that's how you get the deals... But they seem to always mess our order up anyway. Such as leaving items out and giving the wrong sauce we want. Today they left out a steak chalupa which we paid extra for, everything was under done (the nacho fries were soft, and my regular chalupa's cheese wasn't even in it and the outer shell looked like it didn't get any heat), and my chips tasted like they were dipped in bleach. This was a mobile order, and there was no one behind us or in front of us in the drive thru. Always regret going here. Clackamas location only from now on.

Walked in only had cash and their register was down. Once is cool but after 3 or 4 times it's irritating because I only use cash, there was a cool lady there and she paid for my meal with her debit card and I paid her in cash so it wasn't a bust but if you only have cash I would drive down the road to the next taco bell 🔔.....

Went during business hours and no one working the front counter. But the part that made me uncomfortable was all the workers in the kitchen ignoring me at the front and not even letting me know to go through the drive through or that they can’t/won’t take my order inside. After awhile, I just left as it was really awkward and kind of rude. If you’re planning on going, know that you must go through the drive through. EDIT: looks like you can also order off the kiosk inside, but no one told me and there were no signs saying to do so :/

The absolute worst taco bell experience ever! Less then an hour ago I had gone thru the drive thru. Total was less than $16. I was asked if I'd round up to $16 for charity and did so. It all went pretty fast and I should have paid better attention. I hadn't fully realized i didn't see a receipt or my change, then at the end I asked if there was the sauce I had asked for in the bag and the boy at the window said that it was in there but if I wanted "I could try and prove him a liar!" And I said I believe ya. Got home and realized for one I hadn't gotten a receipt or my $4 change and also there was zero hot sauce in the bag. Drove back to the store to be told I was an idiot and he wasn't in the wrong. Myself or my construction crew will never be back!! Terrible service!!!!

There is absolutely No human interaction you have to use a damn computer to order your food. The food took forever to get, had to go up to the counter a few times because they messed up our order. Had to ask for our drinks. The manager was super nice and was working in a ton of different places trying to keep the place running better. We were ignored by all the workers behind the counter except for the poor manager. It's sad that there is no personal connection, makes me not want to return.

giving two stars so the owner can make some changes. In their attempts to copy Chick-fil-A and Dutch Brothers (in the words of the employee standing out there) they have an employee out there taking your order which makes the drive-thru incredibly slow and you don't have the opportunity to see the menu because the employee only has a small screen and a card with the items they want you to purchase. Why don't they just go back to the standard drive-thru situation or at the very least have the employee stand next to the menu so that you can look at the menu like you normally do and keep things moving along. It made it literally twice as long to get through the drive-thru and it did not feel good did not feel personal did not feel at all positive. On the plus side the food was great compared to other locations.

They do the best that they can, but overall if they could work on having the food more tidy. Keep up the hard work! To be honest just came back from an order and needed to switch out a ingredient from an item before asking for an option at the speaker rushes me to the window. To be honest wouldn't care if she would charge me extra for the ingredient but the fact for their disregard for customer service made me feel that I need to let you guys know. This is our customer service

I'm only visiting here in Portland for the next few days.. drive thru was slow but I enjoyed the down time.. got food order and didn't bother to check bag.. Why??!!! That's on me.. as much as I enjoy a soft taco supreme every now and again it just tastes better when you put the sauce on it that you asked for.. no sauce, no napkins. How do you eat a taco without sauce and without making hella mess???!! I appreciate all who were working. Thank you. It isn't easy anymore.. especially when no one is running with full staff.

Stopped for a quick bite to eat, seems like the restaurant is closed to the public during Covid but the drive-through is opened. Pretty busy place but seemed to steadily move. The person taking my order and handing me my food was awesome. This person didn’t seem to give me a choice but to put a smile on. Their attitude was was not only super kind but also shared happiness and fun - WHAT A TALENT!!! Anyways, my order was accurate and good as well!
