After getting my oil changed here, I am now stranded with oil pouring out all over the place. So on top of the cost of the oil change, I now need a tow as well as whatever it's going to cost to repair. Terrible!

Need to get in to get the fluids done on my Tacoma. The staff did and incredibly job, they were knowledgeable, and took the time to check in about possible issues. I would absolutely use this location again.

I had an awesome experience here. Everybody was so accommodating and friendly. When i told the young guy that my husband and i had a 50$ bet over whether or not I would only get an oil change he didnt try to upsell me at all. He kinda laughed and said then thats all your gonna get . they had me in and out in a .... Jiffy. Lol Service: Oil change

Kevin and his team were very nice and fixed my problem 100%. I came from another Jiffy lube location and they had put the wrong oil in my motor and it was smoking like hell. THANK YOU No more smoke!

The team at this location is top notch! My car had a transmission issue in the Clackamas Town Center parking lot. The tow truck would not arrive until after Jiffy Lube closed, so Jim decided to walk a half mile to my car and assist me in driving it over to the shop. Incredibly kind. I had my oil changed as I was due for the service soon and received an answer as to what was causing the transmission issue. Thank you, again, for the awesome service, Jim and team! I usually have my neighborhood repair shop do my oil changes. I needed one in a hurry as I was going out of state and Jiffy Lube was my choice. Great service, apprised me of status of battery that was aging (which I appreciate), cleaned the posts, etc. All while I waited. Did not try to push any products onto me. I have had 2 oil changes at this location. The first experience was good. The second expeience was not good. I was charged for an oil filter on top of the charge for the "Signature Service". I did not authorize or agree to pay for a different filter, but they put one on my car anyway. I don't spend my money at businesses that use underhanded tactics to pad their sales. It's too bad, because I would have continued to have my vehicles serviced here. They made an extra $11.99 from me that day, but lost a lot more from not keeping me as a return customer.

Really poor customer service. I was told my tires had marginal tread. They are only 1-1/2 years old and I have only driven them 21,000 miles. They are 65k tires. Also they were trying to sell me new spark plugs. Jiffy Lube should stick to oil changes and leave the major work to auto shops that know what they are doing.

I just had my oil changed at this Jiffy Lube which is a painful experience as they try to upsell you on everything. They pointed out that I need a new engine oil filter and cabin filter which I reluctantly agreed to changing. When it came time to pay my bill I saw charges of $40 plus for each air filter, air filters than can be purchased for $15 or less each. How is this markup reasonable? Both of these filters are easy to change on your own. I will never go to Jiffy Lube again, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
