Bought a pair of shoes and ended up returning them a few days later. I asked the lady that was working if the money would be available after the return was finished. She said yes then I found out that till take up ta 7 business days to post! If I had known that I would have just taken the cash instead! Now I'm sitting here waiting for my money! I will probably NEVER shop there again.. I was lied to and everyone I've talked to just keeps giving me the run around! Not pleased at all!!

I have gone to this location countless times for my billion pairs of converse, for my search of snoopy vans, and then my boots. The employees actually seem happy to be there and help out and grab more than one pair of shoe size or style when you are unsure about something. They also double check that the shoe is comfy and fits right before just running away from you to someone else despite if they have a bunch of customers. I hope they continue being awesome and helpful!

I went into Journeys to look at a pair of shoes and the manager told me they count the amount of people that walk in and out and if I wasnt going to buy anything that I was making them look bad "like they're not selling enough"

The manager pushed me to purchase a pair of shoes on a Tuesday they were out of stock but guaranteed that his shipment would be there Wednesday and he would personally send them to me and I would receive them no later than Monday. I was hesitant I could have easily went to another store and purchased them but he was reluctant so I agreed. Monday has came and gone and I call to ask about them and get a run around shoes have yet to be shipped and I can come to the store to pick them up. Bad experience to say the least.
