Very strict return policy. If you order online the return window starts on the day you ordered so if it takes 8 days to deliver something (like my order) then the return window is 22 days. 😬 I misread my order looking at the ship date and tried to return a dress a few days past the return policy. The women at the store were nice, but they could only refund me $14 on a dress I paid $60 for because the dress had gone on sale AFTER I bought it. I ended up calling the corporate customer service line and they made an exception for me to return the dress via UPS instead of through the store, which is nice, but I had driven all the way out to Clackamas just to do this return and now I have to go the library to print a shipping label and then go to UPS since they couldn't make the return in store.

This is such a hidden location in the mall that I would have totally missed it if I wasn’t looking for it. It’s always empty in the store with limited staff and they have some selection of items but I always have better luck by buying their stuff online. They’re really hanging by a thread at this location and should really step up their customer service game if they want to keep this location open because it is seriously struggling and the staff doesn’t care. Love loft items but the customer service associates are so rude and dumb and just uninterested in helping out. It’s so frustrating!

Years of spending Hundred of Dollars Monthly at this Store, I'm done. Loft @Clackamas Town Center is struggling to even survive so they should be cautious of the Employees they hire. The Manager in the Store is horrible, you can tell the Employees are terrified to speak up, I understand the Mask Mandate but its not a law!!! She handed me a Mask because she didn't approve of mine, thats ridiculous by itself. Then, Two young shoppers walked in with a Mask on. She tells them as soon as they walked in to keep their Mask om and here are our rules of the store, and if you don't follow them we will ask you to leave. I'm sorry, but what!!!! We live in America, America. People in small roles with sudden power, One day Covid will be gone but people will not forget how they were treated.

I have bought so many clothes from this store. I will NEVER shop the Loft anywhere again which is unfortunate. I understand the mask mandate. I also know America is a free country and the Loft can ask me if I need a mask but cannot tell me I have to because it’s a law. It’s not a law it’s a mandate and obviously their policy I don’t support the mandate nor any store that requires me to wear one due to their policy.

Clackamas Town Center manager, small gal, was, unfortunately not as high in customer service as even the service people at Ross (and their stuff is significantly less expensive). She was more America-hating that both Nordstrom and Macys. I would implore anyone to take the drive to Washington Square and give both Macys and Nordstrom your business. If you're going to spend the money, they're better anyway. Supporting mom and pop is evn better! Anyway, very dissipated. I've been a loyal customer of the Loft for many years. I will never go back, and I will advise all of my friends to do the same.

In general, Loft is a great store to find petite clothes. They have a selection of regular and petite and are combined with another store called Lou and Grey. All my experiences with staff have been great. The store is clean and has a good selection. The only reason I give four stars is that I find all loft stores only carry a small number of each size clothing, often the size I look for is sold out. That is the only downside because the I have to search online and thier website isn't phone browser friendly. Another thing to know about Loft products is that they aren't always durable. They do tend to wear out faster that other brands and t shirts in particular seem to get holes faster than other brand shirts. COVID update as of May 2021 They require masks. Dressing rooms are available if you ask. You are asked to sanitize your hands before using the dressing room.

Unfortunately I share the same experience many people on here have had. Really poor customer service. I see them act very friendly to some customers but I have never had that experience personally. I love Loft clothing but from now on I’ll just buy online to avoid the snooty associates at this store. I walk in usually wearing more expensive brands, so it’s not like they think I can’t afford it. 🤷♀️ It’s just Loft, not Gucci. I don’t understand why they are so rude.

This used to be a nice store. Quality has really gone down and workers won't even acknowledge you are there. Even check out is unpleasant. Been that way for about 6 months now, must be new management. I'll find my dresses elsewhere.

The Clackamas town center Loft consistently offers poor customer service. Each time I’ve been in there this last month, one staff is looking at the computer and didn’t look up to say hello even when I passed by her multiple times holding clothes. I also haven’t gotten any assistance when I do enter the dressing room even though the store was empty and I clearly was in there trying on clothes. I am going to try and track down a regional manager to share my disappointment with and encourage revising the current customer service style because it’s deterring me from ever shopping there again. Each day I went in this month the store was completely empty and there were 2 staff completely ignoring my presence . This should be zero stars. I hope for a reply from the store.

Terrible LOFT return policy. I ordered online and came to the store to return in person. If it has been over 30 days they Will not return the items and credit your card. Instead they only offer store credit for the amount that the item is on sale for. What?!? Not only will they not allow me to return the item for the price I paid, but they do not even give you the full value of in store credit. I had the receipt showing the amount I paid and the items were brand new with tags. Basically they offered me in store credit for about half of the price I originally paid. Lesson learned, I will no longer be shopping at LOFT. This is why I will continue to shop at Nordstrom and Macy’s, where they understand the value of customer service. Edited to add: the store manager of the Clackamas location made an exception and returned one of my items for the amount I paid. While I appreciate her efforts, LOFT’s return policy leaves a lot to be desired. In a competitive retail economy this return policy will not survive.
