Very professional and hospitable! Though the branch is small, it provides all the functions of a much larger facility. We trust TwinStar with the majority of our financing needs. Their atm swallowed my card. When I went in to see about getting a new one the lady was extremely rude with 0 customer service etiquette. They said there was nothing they can do and that it "probably did it for a reason". Chase does not instant issue cards they must be mailed so I'm stranded in ocean shores. The nearest one is Aberdeen and I don't have the gas to get there.

The staff is very helpful, but find the 800 number they give as the branch number almost impossible to deal with.
