This is a terrible bank! THERE IS A TERRIBLE SERVICE! They do not provide an opportunity to recover the password and login into the bank account. We haven't been able to pay the auto loan foe a week. We are kept on the phone for 1-2 hours and then they say that we cannot restore your account. In addition, they provide do not provide information about the balance, how much is paid and how much is to be paid to the client. This is a very suspicious bank! We're very upset about their service!

Wish I could give them zero stars. Worst service ever, they do not care about helping their customers, and it’s almost impossible to get to in touch with a real person in the entire company. I’d rather walk everywhere than take out another vehicle loan with them ever again. I have a loan with HAPO also, and they are amazing. You would think a small company like GESA would be more customer-oriented, but even inept and rude bureaucrats at the department of licensing are more helpful than these guys. Unbelievable.

The staff at GESA credit union are always helpful and professional. For in person banking the lines are usually short and have never needed to wait long. Also GESA still has a coin counting machine for members when they want to turn in change without paying an additional fee. Thank you GESA!

Unprofessional is the kind way of putting it. I opened my Business accounts on a Friday. Realized I wasn't given access online called them, promised it would be done in 48 hrs. *Flash forward* I have called every single day for 6 days, still no access. The branch manager finally returns my call 8 MINS BEFORE CLOSE. Leaves a message saying she will "look at it tomorrow" over $600 in late fees later from accounts I couldn't pay from no access. How this "manager" and assistant manager have a job, blows my freaking mind. Not to mention I find out the IT center has been requesting the managers signature and copy of my log in paperwork since Monday. But she couldn't be bothered. This is Unprofessional, costly, disrespectful, and absurd. Anyone else that wants to join and sue contact me

Only giving one star so I can post this review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I unfortunately got approved for a loan from this bank through the dealer I bought my car from. If I could go back in time I would! Gesa failed to send me any of my loan/account information, and when they did it was after my first bill was even supposed to be paid. Might I add it wasn't even sent until I talked to three different "customer service" representatives. There was one point where I was talking online wit their online help and someone live on the (in order to get some form of information from them) and they both gave me different answers on how to get my account information. It's as if they purposefully take forever so they can charge late fees. On that note, there are fees for EVERYTHING. $25 for an over the phone payment? $15 for an online payment? Also, I shouldn't have to create an account each time I try to pay my bill on time. AINT NOBODY HAVE TIME FOR THAT. Take your business elsewhere, don't waste your time.

I got a car loan from Gesa 5 years ago and can say that working with them has been absolutely horrible, everytime I called in to do anything to my account there were unexpected and ridiculous 'convenience fees' along with rude employees. It just took 40 minutes on the phone with them to pay off the remaining balance on my loan along with, of course, some BS convenience fee. I will never work with them again.
