Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. The tellers were rude to me. They made me wait over 15 minutes for a check they could not cash due to there mess up on a check batch-which they told the account holder but made me wait an extra 10 minutes in the drive through. I called the account holder they told me-I asked for my license back...Then refused to give me back my license when I asked for it. I had to go inside to get my license. Unprofessional bank unprofessional tellers. the worst experience I ever had.
I had to go meet the account hiker for cash and also incurred a 19$ deduction form my bank for no reason...for Columbia banks error.
I hope you have a better experience but I’ll never bank here. ~Miriam
