Best shoe store in Richland, Washington (WA) 2024

First time going to this store. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The store was very clean you can smell the leather from the boots, I like the smell of leather. Kelli the sales associate was very helpful and helped me to pick our a few different boots. Would recommend this Red Wing store for any one looking to buy work boots. ~Sean

The store is clean and well-staffed. The employees are friendly and accommodating. The only drawback, (and I'm not even sure this is worth mentioning,) is that they don't seem to be stocking as much Ralph Lauren as they used to. However, it should be noted that they stock several other designers that offer garments that are just as attractive. If you come into this store, you won't be disappointed. ~Angela
