Went back to get my Man perfume LOL. Unfortunately they were out, but the lady at the counter was extremely helpful to find me a different scent. Prices are average. I did walk away with a new scent.

Went in during their sale, 40%+ off and was delighted with the quality of the House wares discounted, plus bras and apparel. Really good finds.

The store is clean and well-staffed. The employees are friendly and accommodating. The only drawback, (and I'm not even sure this is worth mentioning,) is that they don't seem to be stocking as much Ralph Lauren as they used to. However, it should be noted that they stock several other designers that offer garments that are just as attractive. If you come into this store, you won't be disappointed.

I normally don't shop at Macy's but I found some amazing summer stuff for my granddaughter. Definitely worth the stop. Friendly staff. Very clean. Clearance and sales were amazing prices.

Brooklyn in Bare Minerals/Origins was such a delight today. She made me feel seen and heard and really helped me out to find the perfect fit for my skin when I was so nervous and embarrassed to go in looking at makeup at my age. They sold me a $120 bottle of empty cologne I could not get it to spray out and they told me they could not take a empty bottle back. Be careful they might sell you a display of empty Cologne. They do not understand buying online you get a money back guarantee this attitude might just put you out of business macys.....

Macy's in the Columbia Center Mall is a very basic store. Want anything that isn't boring and mainstream? You'll have to order it--it won't be in this store! Try a larger market--that might work, too, but this store is very basic.

They definitely need more people for checking out. As a former retail employee and supervisor, I know a lot about customer service. Employees could definitely be a little more friendly here as I always find myself greeting them and they barely speak. Those in the baby area have been the friendliest, but I always have trouble in all the men's areas. I've been here quite a few times and I never have an easy time finding someone to check out with and end up wandering the store and going back and forth to find an employee willing to go to a register, though I usually see plenty of them walking about. I always wonder why I come back after each shopping trip, but sadly, Tri cities is lacking when it comes to shopping.

So me and my sister search all around Kennewick to find a simple black pencil skirt for hours and couldn't find one plus we we're in a time crunch so we decided to look in Macy's and we couldn't find anything so we asked someone named adéle and she told us give me 2 minutes to run around and find you something so she ran around , came back to us with 6 different black pencil skirts so adéle in the 1st floor clothing department you are a life saver and deserve 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

This Macy's is great! Such a nice clean store. Lots of clothing options. Great styles... Could not find anything above size 14 in womans clothing although they have a plus size department full of great styles. Cost is a bit mor of course...
