So although im giving it a 3, the store in general isnt bad, the items are great and prices are awesome but the one thing that isnt is the amount of attitude i got today by this old white lady at the register and being followed by some employees watching me picking an item and setting it back down, like dam dude! Im here to shop and you got your workers hovering me and visually judging me by my clothes? Back to the old lady at the register, as we approached with an item she gave me the most disgusted look ever and tried rushing us out of the store, didnt even give us a chance to say anything she just wanted us out and right as we were done checking out she hollers out loud "ALRIGHT NEXT CUSTOMER!" like right before we gather our things..i understand fluid motion and trying to get the line going but there was like probably 4 people in the store still shopping and like 1 person at the return/exchange line, i wanna give the benefit of the doubt to her but i she showed signs of appreciation to lets just say "light colored people" than to those of color, if any Ross managment reads this i highly advise you guys to go over customer service with some of your employees please and thank you

Always a hit or miss with Ross. Very little options for girls and the shoes are always out of order. Clean store tho! I suggest girls clothing that doesn't make them look like Miley Cyrus in a music video.

It is perfectly fine Ross. The employees are nice every time I've gone. They have all the things that most Ross stores have, which is a little of everything. It can be messy and chaotic, but such is life.

I drove to Ross, an hour away, to shop for ladies blouses! Wow! There was so much to choose from. The fitting rooms were open and I am pleased with my choices and purchases! Kudos to Ross for VERY affordable and nice clothes!

Always greeted when entering the store. Employees on the floor not so helpful they always seem to be overwhelmed. The cashier's are very friendly and have great customer service

I love the deal you can get here, I bought a shirt that was pretty small but it only $7 which seems like a great deal to me. I've found some great clothes there you just have to look for them. hope this helps :)
