Upon entering the store, I was greeted with a friendly welcome. This is a great place to find apparel, gifts, housewares, etc at discount prices. They offer a good selection of merchandise including apparel, dresses, accessories, shoes, purses, belts, sleepwear, coats, jackets, makeup, skin care, household, dishes, pans, cooking utensils, candles, linens, rugs, and some furniture, candy, toys, pet supplies and luggage. Awesome shop! Amazingly clean. I was super impressed by the changing table in the bathroom, stocked with diapers of every size. Great prices and friendly staff, huge selection of baby and toddler clothes, toys etc. Great maternity wear section too, which I wish I knew about when I was pregnant! ~Jamie

Great local knowledgeable shop. I’ve been going to this shop since it was located in Everett, and at 56 years old I still enjoy walking into a board shop. When you’re making a large purchase (snowboard/boots/bindings) I like to physically touch, flex and stand on the boards I’m interested in, mail order just won’t cut it sometimes, not to mention supporting local shops is a must. ~Powdertrax

I went to Sally beauty to buy color remover and I was recommended by employee a product and some shampoo and conditioner and I went home and now my hair is bleached I've never bleached my hair and now I have orange stripey bleached hair I am beyond furious! All I wanted was to go back to my natural color and take out the brown dye that I had in my hair and now for the first time ever I have bleached hair!! ~Jamie

The parts person was complimentary driver in am. He didn't take directions so went beyond my drop off point. I had to ask to be let out. I had to walk to work, and was late because of this. Another time, they didn't get my oil plug in correctly. All the oil emptied out. I missed hours of work. They admitted their mistake, but it cost me wages and left my elderly clients without care that day. Was managed better under Mr Sims. RIP Otherwise, they have done a good job servicing my car. ~Mikki

Charged us to "top off the tank" when I filled it less than 2 miles away to near over flowing. Never ever drop off a truck here unless they are there to do the walkaround with you. I dropped off early and they were closed. That's what I get for being trusting. ~Jay
