The parts person was complimentary driver in am. He didn't take directions so went beyond my drop off point. I had to ask to be let out. I had to walk to work, and was late because of this. Another time, they didn't get my oil plug in correctly. All the oil emptied out. I missed hours of work. They admitted their mistake, but it cost me wages and left my elderly clients without care that day. Was managed better under Mr Sims. RIP Otherwise, they have done a good job servicing my car.

This will be my second time taking my car in first was for an oil change I talked with Taylor such a sweet gitl. Second was for a general inspection of my car which was free of charge, I talked with Miguel. So far I have had a great experience with them and will continue talking my baby here. Customer service is always a 5 star. Thank you!

The workers in their service department are super nice and if you need a ride to somewhere close by they will drop you off. I got my car detailed here and am loving the results
