So pleasantly surprised by my visit to Grease Monkey Bothell today. They were able to get me in right away, and worked with me to summarize the work I needed done. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they had complimentary beverages. I was able to get a little work done while waiting. Even though I had them replace my wiper blades, and replace a bulb for my brake lights, on top of my oil change, they still were able to finish the work quickly and efficiently. This is my favorite grease monkey. They are always super nice and not pushy. Last time they did an excellent job on vacuuming and windows! They are also very accommodating about topping up fluids between changes.

Quick service, if you say no to an up sell they are not pushy, they are careful with the vehicles and the wait is not often very long unless its a rush day. My only complaint is that they did not have Motorcraft factory filters for my car at the last time I visited there. Service: Oil change

I did my research and called around a few shops to get my brakes done, and these guys had the best prices and the best customer service. Although the other mechanic I had look at it said I needed all 4 replaced, these guys didn’t take advantage of my situation. They let me know I only had to get my rear ones replaced and my fronts had plenty more life left, which cost me half of what it would have been. Definitely will be coming back if I need any work done.

I just went to this Grease Monkey after they opened around 8:45am for a full-service oil change and all the guys there were awesome! Very informative and non-judgmental about my car being a little dirty. They also had some filters in stock that my car needed to have replaced and changed those out very quickly! Great place to get your service done! They were upfront with me when I came to them! The blonde hair individual (did not get a name) was easy to work with when talking about what I needed to get done on my truck! Kept me updated the entire time while I was waiting! I like the kids that work here. Came in with a 2017 Tacoma and was treated well. I didn't like hearing it takes "45 mins to rotate some wheels". Better response next time, apology accepted 🤙thanks kids. Will be back in 5k miles. Services: Oil change, Tires

Quality service, even better staff. I have taken my car here for routine oil changes over the last couple years and they have been awesome. Most recently got a quote from them for a full front brake job for around $1k; when I returned to pick up my vehicle they informed me that my car did not actually need new calipers like they thought and it saved me over half the price I expected to pay. Some shops would just throw them on and not say a word for the extra cash. Really appreciate the professionalism and honesty from the staff at this location! Services: Brakes, Oil change

I've taken a couple cars here over the last decade or so and always get fast service and great recommendations. They even send me coupons and offer some in store for some great prices. Friendly staff and they let my pup chill inside. Inside they have coffee and complimentary beverages as well as a screen that says how long you'll have to wait.
