If I could give this bank zero stars, I would. I just found out that Chase is the largest funder of fossil fuel projects. As a Chase customer, finding out that my money is funding deadly fossil fuel projects is infuriating. I will be cutting up my Chase card and taking my money elsewhere!

The staff is rude and dont help look for alternate ways of doing business. Ive been going to Chase before they were chase and never been treated with such disrespect. The guy there who is there during the day walked away from me when I asked to please talk to manager. Nothing but rude and in competence at this branch. Somebody should teach the some manners and courtesy!!

Long lines. Every time I come here the line's out the door and they have 1 or 2 REAL tellers. Instead they have plenty of automated machines that can only do a limited amount for your banking needs. Chase loves their machines...

Best Chase branch in LA. The staff there is so nice, friendly, and super helpful. The manager at that branch always step up to help out her bank tellers & bankers when it start getting busy or the line gets too long. Most Chase branches that I go to, the manager just sit on their arse and watch as the bank gets busy.

Ali Trass is awesome! I recently had to take over responsibility for my mother's finances - new joint accounts, closing existing accounts, setting up direct deposits, etc. Ms. Trass did it all with such amazing patience and unexpected kindness & consideration for my mother. I can't thank her enough.
