Just went into CVS to print photos at the instant photo booth where they refused to provide the USB Cord for me to be able to use their photo printer. The manager- who I was told was OLLAI, who may or may not be the actual manager, told me it was her decision because other people have been stealing their cords. I’ve been assumed a thief here. Not the greatest feeling. I’d reconsider visiting this place because they will assume you’re going to steal products that should be provided for services they offer. Very disappointed in the customer service

This store never opens on time. I've been this westheimer and wilcrest location several times in the morning and doors are always locked past the opening time.

DENIED RESTROOM TO MY PREGNANT WIFE. All women who have been pregnant know the horrible need to always need to use the restroom. Yet she was denied by the pharmacy attendant and then the front-end attendant. True incompetence at this location. Do not by any means make this your local pharmacy, take your business down the road to Walgreens.

Im upset at myself for NOT reading the reviews before visiting this location. Guy at the window dont know what he is doing. Had me pay for prescription that was actually free with my medical card. NOT COOL had to go back in for a refund. The whole pharmacy team is unprofessional and dont have the knowledge and expertise to perform their job.

First time here and they sold me expired milk. Went in on the 18th at 9:30pm to get some milk. Didn't notice till the next morning that the milk best by date was 2 days prior (2/16).Why was this still on the shelf? Absolutely Disgusting!

I very much dislike this location pharmacy. None, and I mean none of the pharmacists or pharmacy techs are friendly. Wait times are long. Wait times for the drive thru are especially long. But truly the staff are miserable and it shows.

Worst most inconsiderate pharmacist. I arrived 10 min prior to closing to pick up script for 10 month old baby. Once I got to the window they put a cardboard to indicate they were closed. The least they could do is warn you to come inside before you don’t make the line in time. Awful

Pharmacy staff is very rude, when I called to ask a question about the cost of my prescription the lady didn't even say hello. She just started asking me questions and then gave me the price and hung up. I am still giving them 2 starts because I am able to get my prescription filled and she did answer my question. Just surprised at how rude they were.
