Terrible. A friend of an employee was very rude and aggressive with me when I was making a purchase. The employee didn’t do anything but went on to just have a fun conversation hanging out with her rude / aggressive friend. I called the manager and she said she’d get back with me… didn’t. Won’t be going back here, ever.

worst Walgreens ever. I usually go on Westheimer but needed a covid test. Staff is rude, slow & incompetent. I have been hung up on, made to wait after before my appointment. They keep switching me on and off hold. Literally teenagers could run this place better.

The pharmacy is now terrible. The staff are rude, slow, and incompetent. Had been going here for 20 years! Will never go back. Made a vaccine appointment, arrived and was told they had no record of it. There was no one else there, but they would not even attempt to accomodate. Instead gave me attitude.

The customer service at this store is literally non existent. Every single time I come here, the employees don’t greet you, don’t look up, don’t ask if you need help..nothing. I went here at 7p on Sunday and the two ladies in the gray shirt were in the photo area talking trash about customers. They were so loud I heard them way in the back of the store lol what a joke. Then they just watched me go up to the counter and stand there waiting to be checked out while they continued to talk smack and stupidly staring at me. Do me a favor and train your employees on basic customer service please Walgreens!

Don’t come here for your Covid shot. No one was here so there shouldn’t have been a wait but I was just sitting and waiting for 30 mins. This was my booster I got my first two else where and it was in and out!!

Horrible place. Went there for a Covid vaccine and had to wait for a whole hour, watching other people arriving after me served ahead of me. When I questioned about my turn, they said someone printed my papers and were waiting for someone else to enter them in the system or such. So I was basically waiting for nothing. Terrible waste of time and unfriendly staff with poor management.

I have been going to this store for last 20 years. Everyone used to be so nice and friendly at the pharmacy. Since august of 2029 it’s been downhill. They don’t fill the prescription on time until you call few times. Ella the pharmacist is very nice but the techs are rude and don’t want to work. They are just not cashiers. They don’t want to use their minds for even a minute. Today was the last straw which broke the camels back. I am going switch.

Five-star rating all the way! Amber in the pharmacy is incredible to work with and I highly recommend her if you have any needs. She's been working on my orders for almost a year without fail!! Thank you Amber and her team in the pharmacy!!!
