I think the pharmacy is good but they have to feel an enormous amount of medicines in this area. Sometimes the weight around 5:00 p.m. is long especially on Fridays.

The lady that just answered the phone for Pharmacy needs to be replaced. If you do not like your job, go work somewhere else. That easy!

They make you wait forever to get waited on at the drive thru. Even after I give them my info I’m still waiting a long time.. terrible service

Very unprofessional staff; the head pharmacy woman (Nas) is apathetic to inquiries. After a long month worth waiting for my prescription it never made it. I inquired multiple times to no avail. It’s disheartening to have staff like her work with customers in need of their medication. I will totally never return there and will ask my insurance to switch me to a non CVS pharmacy.

Horrible customer service in pharmacy. Told me that my prescriptions where sold over the counter and didn’t do anything to help me. I left and went to heb pharmacy and asked if the medication where all over the counter and she said no they had to be prescribed. Pretty sure cvs only did this because it was an hour to closing time

Something has to be done about this pharmacy! You should not have to sit in line for 30 minutes every-time I come here it’s the same thing. How come nothing has been done about it !

Bad customer service, never seen in my life. Bad communication skills, they don’t know proper English and I don’t think they even went to school. I wonder how they’ve completed a pharmacy degree never go here this is very time wasting.

Id recommend going inside if you want to pick up medication. I sat in the drive through over 10 mins and saw the clerk ignore my calls. This was after the initial communication. I wanted to make sure i wasn’t forgotten sitting so long so i called again, and she said it would be a minute. I went inside and was checked out by the other clerk within 2 minutes. Quick in and out.

I walked in because I has a prescription to fill. Me and another customer walked up at the same time; she was picking up and me dropping off. Tech chose the other customer so I waited. Then another customer walked up and the tech chose to wait on them leaving me still waiting. I asked Tech where should I be and she replied "right there". After finished with that customer she decided to answer the phone still leaving me standing there. I asked for the manager Juan who was no help so I took my business to Walgreens

Pharmacy is a mess. No one knows what's going on. Update... All pharmacy workers still have zero customer service skills. Still do the least to help with questions. Terrible attitudes. Finally switched insurance plan and I am able to go back to my local Walgreens where they apparently do know simple people skills.
