Yikes. Went in for a covid booster shot and was denied. Person at the pharmacy said it is only available for people over 65+. I clarified that I only wanted the booster. The pharmacist confirmed this. My girlfriend then went to CVS the same day and was able to get a covid booster there. Overall: 1) If you want a covid booster and are over 18 in houston, as of this posting you are eligible for a covid booster shot. Don't believe this walgreen's misinformation 2) Its unfortunate this walgreen pharmacy is spreading misinformation. I would be cautious trusting them moving forward.

If I could give this Walgreens 0 stars I would. I called to have a prescription transferred for my husbands Insulin to this location as another location was out. I came at the time I was told it would be ready. When I came, it was not. And the pharmacy tech was nonchalant and did not care and advised to come the next day. I came the day after and was then told it was out of stock and had to wait until Monday. Seriously?! Today is Saturday and I initially came on Thursday. So to wait an additional 2 days is ridiculous. Again the curly headed pharmacy tech showed no empathy and offered no apologies. What awful customer service. Never go to this location. You will be waiting in line forever and customer service is unfortunately not at the forefront of their priorities here.

Worst experienced ever... Worst customer service at the store. Management need to take some actions especially pharmacy section when you picking your medication. Yesenia & other staff works their are extremely rude & they have attitude don't know how to deal with customer poor customer service skills unprofessional staff rude behavior. Customer service is very bad at this location which is strange. Other locations have very prompt service. Everytime I come here for an order which is a pick-up in-store the representative keeps searching for items. It takes 2 of them to locate my order. I also printed my photo order of 4x6 . Weirdly “LEO” the manager there mentioned he can’t give me the photos simply because he felt the size is 2X2... I clearly mentioned that is my sons photo and I would use it for my wallet and distribute to family. HE STILL DIDNT GIVE MY ORDER NIETHER DID HE CANCEL MY ORDER . Total waste of time- Iam never going to this store again.

Pharmacy: waited 15 minutes in line to check prescription status; instead of answering my phone, they immediately ended up when they picked. It is ridiculous (June 24- 21)

Everyone at this store is wonderfully kind and cheerful. I've been going here for 7 years and I've never had a problem. The store is clean, they almost always have sales on candy, and I love that people know my name and greet me. Great store!

What I don’t like the pharmacy is they only have # 34 shelf for all their medicine & it’s so hard to find what you want. They should put some # or letter to separate the shelf then it would be way easy. If you go ask to pharmacist for some medicine they send you to #34 right or left, that’s it,,, then it takes you so long to find it. Unless you called for assistance & assistance are not always come fast. I hope they solve it soon

Called the pharmacy If I could have a drink with a certain medication the lady sounded rude and told me it's not recommended didn't ask me any questions nothing. Said it would interfere with the medicine. Called a different pharmacy more friendlier she asked what kind of medication was it and that it was perfectly fine that it wouldn't interfere. This Walgreens is very ghetto would not recommend to anyone.

I enter this Walgreens on several occasions, and the store is always clean and decent, whenever I go. I have witness shoplifters being treated with respect even when they were in the wrong. Just to say that the staff is always friendly under any circumstance. Most of the time you are greeted upon entrance. The staff at this location is Awesome and very much appreciated. I enjoy seeing them always treating everyone with respect, so with 5 stars I pat the team on their back. Stop by and give them a big smile. See you there!
