Less than one year ago I went to activate a phone. The sales people said...buy this screen protector it has a lifetime warranty. OK. I bought it. Now less that one year later I went back. The protector is chipping. Do you have the box. We have record of you buying it, but it is not clear it is the life time one. Do you have the box. There is a card inside. So, I have the box. Brought it in. Oh no sir, I'm sorry, you have to contact the company. I said..what am I going to do mail them my phone? Sorry sir, we just sell them. See, this is just with the company. Cricket has decent phone service, but the product presentation and honesty leaves something to be desired. Don't buy anything there. I sell glasses. Imagine if you returned a pair for warranty and I said...call the company. Customers would not be happy. And I"m not happy. So, I'll leave this review everywhere I can. Don't buy at these stores. They should not sell product with a sticker that says clearly lifetime warranty. Turnover is huge in this type of store, so one cannot ever see the person who sold you the product.

Walked in and we were made uncomfortable because of the color of our skin. We showed patience & resilience until it was our turn and one of the workers didn’t even approach us to help but instead just swept the floor around us. Not surprised because of the location but still disappointed.
