Camped it line for a Pokemon celebration ultimate premium collection with prior knowledge they had two boxes only one person ahead of me in line who was my friend. Once inside they claimed to only have one as I seen Amani tell her co worker not to sell it because she wanted one. Once I confronted her with this information she completely denied it all and began to ignore me.

Got a deal on a adapter for my old tv now I can play PS4 on the TV using HDMI cord and I picked up a Batman Arkham VR copy because I'm getting a VR headset to use with my PS4

Great service and they help you on everything and cheap not too expensive and pops are only 5.00 dollars and my dad is now the friend of the manager where and answer questions

Worst gamestop I've ever been to, and I've been going to Gamestops for years from Texas to Louisiana. The employees are extremely unprofessional and inattentive to the needs of customers especially when they are socializing with their friends or each other. I've been to this store 3 times because it's convenient, but each time I went there, it was the same story on a different day. I wanted to curse! Especially when every time I step in this place I'm spending 50$ or better. Honestly think the crew should be retrained or replaced, definitely made some of my Christmas shopping a horrible experience, and I don't plan on going back again... Strike 3 your out!!

Call the head to see if they had a video game they put me on hold for 20 minutes so they could check if they have it after 20 minutes they came back to the line and asked what was your question again then when they said they did have the video game I drove all the way there and when I walked in they were like oh I'm sorry we don't have it and they gave me a list of other GameStops that would have it when I was sent there by another GameStop itself where's experience ever people ignore you when you walk in and just GameStop don't recommend go to Best Buy or find another GameStop at this is like the worst games I've ever been to

Its a great store and amazing employees except the black lady that works there. She is the rudest person ever. I bought the blue power ranger pop today and she brought 2 out. Gave me one and just threw the other one on the floor. She never says thank you or your welcome. She is always on the phone or with a headset on. John is the best worker they have. Always ask for him when you go there

I gave it four stars only because of the one black lady in the store is of no help at all shes kinda rude in fact but then there is a guy named John he is very helpful he knows all about the items in the store and can actually talk to you in a few seconds and almost point out every game that would fit you so if i based it on john alone i would give it 10* stars but oh well i had to deal with that chick once sorry

As we speak I am on hold. Whoever answered, she picked up immediately. 15 seconds into the call as I'm asking a very quick and simple yes or no question, she interrupts me asking if I could hold. It's going into 10 minutes . . . Still holding, and only because I can do other things on my phone during the call. Gamestop already with the okie doke with how they handle their games. At the VERY LEAST this small store could have decent customer service. YOU chose your job. Don't be mad at the rest of us.
