Prices to high and trade in are a rip off .they want you to trade your 50.00 plus game and they only give you 7.00 wth 7.00 smdh... I do not purchase there or take my son.

great place to trade in your old video game consoles for some cash and also great customer service the guy in the register was so nice he deserves a raise or more staff since he was the only one at the register the guy with glasses and curly hair today 2/2/22 4:00pm and 7:00pm and very professional I didn't get he's name 😞

While the selection was small, the overall staff were nice. It's in a decent location right by HEB so if you want to shop at multiple locations it's very accessible in these means. The clearance selection is decent, with items that I have not seen before as well as a good shirt selection, but a lack of pokemon cards and wares makes me unable to give this store a 5 star rating.

This GameStop is kind of small sometimes it gets packed up and well it's understandable that some people trying to pre-order some games but they need more registers to go a little bit extra fast and this Corporation wants to keep their business open they need to add more registers to keep the business running something tells me that this business Corporation is not going to last that long and everything has to be purchased online

Sad to say but I won't be going to this location anymore. I I walked in looking for certain pop ( that it said it had in store ) but when I was finally acknowledge by one of the employees 5 minutes later ,I was told they didn't have it . Didn't even check the back or on their computer to check another location to see who else had it. Nope nothing, just went on talking to the other 2 work's like I didn't even walk in .

Service is fast quick. Don't be fulled that its in a bad area. They actually have great offers and promotions. If there is anything you need or suggestions their staff are great people to ask. No doubt in that. Games are well taken care off and great guarantee in games.

Your average game shop. Not much of a variety of games but some ok prices. Yes they sell more than just video games such as action figures, clothes, etc. Great location. All in all just an average store.
