I really love how nice the staff are and how there is a wide variety of deals every week, plus there is everything for everyone like plushes,funko pops,videogames, and even clothes. So even if you hate gamestop please give it a try and actually experience it because there is always a positive.

We received incredible customer service from Sam !!!! We were about to accidentally buy a case for the switch lite and he asked us which switch we had, to make sure we were getting the correct case. Most employees would just ring you up and then you're stuck doing a whole return thing. He was great with people on the phone too. Sam you are the best, your work does not go unrecognized lmfao

Not a fan of the company with how they've treated their employees during Covid outbreak, but employees I dealt with very nice, apologetic about wait times, very professional. Place order online, then call from outside and they bring it to the door. No mask when they were at the door, but the people before me appeared to have been hard of hearing, so that might have explained that. All in all, not bad.
