Stop here while on my way to make a delivery at Pepsi and they closed the mens restroom at a Truck stop. A word for the boss most truckers are guys, if it's not broke or being cleaned leave the restroom open

The cashier Jackie Dunmeyer is very rude, and the reviews reflect the level of customer service. She said “no bathroom” as I walked down to where the restrooms were located. She had the casing that hold the lottery tickets blocking the men’s restroom. Then told me I could not use it because it was not opening until morning, and that she was not cleaning it. Then she told me she was just letting me know, as if I was going to go back and forth with the nappy dry hair hat she had on her head. Then my friend pumped twenty, and he had a hold for fifty on the card. She said it’s the bank holding it, call your bank. She is extremely incompetent because why would the bank hold money that they know is there. I worked in the hospitality industry. The hold is by the company not the bank. This is a standard practice when you run your card as credit. Make it make sense

The woman at the food counter will try and rob you. you order the cbo and she tries to charge you individually for everything. This place is disgusting to say the very least.

Woman working around 6pm November 19th, 2021 was extremely rude and confrontational. My husband and I came in to use the restroom and buy drinks. After I came out of the bathroom, she started harassing me saying it was not for public use. There were no signs and the door was unlocked. I still apologized, but she accused me of lying about the door being unlocked (how exactly would I get in?). She also had other nasty remarks to make while I was waiting for my husband so we left without buying anything. She needs to be fired ASAP. Clearly she's a problem based on these other reviews.

Lady on 2nd shift is very rude and disrespectful I just saw her threateb and follow a young lady out the door trying to fight her after she asked why is the restrooms always broke when she come in. And she was very rude and disrespectful to the young lady I don't even see how a owner could allow someone so rude and disrespectful to work for them. I don't think they will be getting any more of my business

The clerk Jackie was very disrespectful and rude to me in front of all of the other customers. She would not give me change claiming there was a change shortage as I saw she had plenty in her drawer. I explained she was not allowed to short the customer if she had change to give. She got wordy with me as I attempted to pay with a credit card , she canceled the sale and refused to serve me. I insisted that I had a valid argument that she had no right to refuse my sale with a option for using my credit card, she got loud with me as I kept calm in explaining, was very unprofessional on her part. Unbelievable poor customer service at a convenience store. I will not be going back to any Circle K!
