Every CVS and Walgreens pharmacies are the same in Miami. Terrible, lazy shiftless pharmacy techs and pharmacists the violate HIPAA compliance regulations. Yo I will regularly see peoples personal information in plain site, sanitary conditions are disgusting and nobody speaks english.. this could be Guatemala.

Now even the pharmacists are not doing their job right. I just picked up my son's medication and it was given to me like this. Good thing i dont need a degree to follow instructions but it was his job to do it. I am amazed how they can forget to do this. What happens if someone puts more water and they are undermedicating or little and over medicating. Shame on you cvs. Another thing, to refill this prescription i had to go to the store to request it because when you call they hang up the phone on you. I called 3 times and all 3 they made me wait aprox 30 min each and then hang up same happened to my husband he called over 5 times. Cvs is garbage i dont understand why insurances force you to go to them only.

on hold almost an hour, didn't give me the right Rx. Also didn't bother to tell me that they weren't going to fill my other Rxs, only found out after I got home that they weren't in the bag. Also overpriced
