8 Best pharmacy in Miami, Florida (FL) 2024

I've been a client for 16 years and they are very nice and efficient. The pharmacy as well. They honor the great Publix prestige. ~PEDRO

This pharmacy is the perfect situation for me since I usually shop at the Dadeland Publix plus the pharmacists and the team there always provide me (& other Family members) with great service and prices. It seems that whoever the team member may be behind their mask, there is that somebody that gives me the service that I like and trust. I can't say enough about them, and the crazy thing is that I actually look forward to going there. ~Jack

I wish I can give 0 star. The pharmacy suppose to open at 9 and they didn't open until really late, my daughter need the medicine ASAP and I have to wait foe a while because they were close😠. To be a hospital location should be more punctual because you are dealing with sick people who rely on the medication. ~Ingrid

Terrible costumer service and incompetent person, with a very bad attitude. The short lady with the blonde hair this lady should not be working with the public, she treats people like garbage. This pharmacy shouldn’t be in business. If I could give this business 0 stars ~Mayret

This CVS needs to be shut down. I cannot believe that corporate is even allowing this store to remain open. This store is a disgrace to the CVS brand. I tried to purchase an item and the register wasn’t picking the item up from the bar code (seems to be an ongoing problem at this location) so the employee working the register tried to manually input the barcode and it still did not register the item. I went back to the shelves (see picture for proof) and took a photo of where I pulled the item from. After showing it to the employee, he proceeded to tell me that it didn’t mean anything and that he couldn’t let me buy the item…I’ve never heard such a thing where a customer cannot buy a shelved item from a retail store. He started to give me attitude after asking him to manually register the item and ring me up for the price it was displayed for. As a former CVS employee, I’m ashamed of this CVS location. I was always taught back when I worked for CVS that “the customer is always right”. Whoever manages this store needs to check themselves. ~Abraham

Now even the pharmacists are not doing their job right. I just picked up my son's medication and it was given to me like this. Good thing i dont need a degree to follow instructions but it was his job to do it. I am amazed how they can forget to do this. What happens if someone puts more water and they are undermedicating or little and over medicating. Shame on you cvs. Another thing, to refill this prescription i had to go to the store to request it because when you call they hang up the phone on you. I called 3 times and all 3 they made me wait aprox 30 min each and then hang up same happened to my husband he called over 5 times. Cvs is garbage i dont understand why insurances force you to go to them only. ~Carolina

Incredible How they treat customers badly, they work in a bad mood and they fight among themselves, the worst customer service I've ever seen. Especially those who work in the perfumery, are rude and disrespectful to customers. The manager Noverto, I don't know who was The madman who made him manager! He doesn't know how to talk or how to treat customers. They had never treated me so badly, I liked Navarro. I will not enter a Navarro ever again. People like these make goods companies a disaster. ~Red
