Incredible How they treat customers badly, they work in a bad mood and they fight among themselves, the worst customer service I've ever seen. Especially those who work in the perfumery, are rude and disrespectful to customers. The manager Noverto, I don't know who was The madman who made him manager! He doesn't know how to talk or how to treat customers. They had never treated me so badly, I liked Navarro. I will not enter a Navarro ever again. People like these make goods companies a disaster.

I had a great experience at this Navarro. I went to take a picture for my passport but before I went, I called the store to make sure they do that and also if the person in charge was there, they said yes. So I Got there, the lady took my picture and explain to me how to do it the right way helping me, then i pay for it which was not expensive; two pictures for $10. Everyone in the store was wearing masks and some face shield which made me feel comfortable and safe.

Have not baby changing table. I have to change my baby on the floor, thanks good I always carry disposable sheet to put over any surface to protect my baby. Lamentable!!
