If you want to experience what it was like shopping in April 2020, this is the place to do it! The shelves are almost always half-stocked. If you're lucky enough to find what you want, you're going to pay 20-40% more than other stores within the same neighborhood. The store caters to the high number of cruise patrons that are picking up last-minute things for their cruises. So the average customer is paying for somebody else's convenience. Also, I believe that there is a theft problem at this store. I've seen homeless people walk in, walk out, the alarm goes off and nobody bats an eye. I would love to know what the amount of theft vs. total sales is, and how much the shrink rate is being paid for by the average customer at this store. If you're in the neighborhood and looking for a better option, go to the new Dollar General on 2nd Ave.

Last Sunday, May 15, I went to buy some things and when I went to pay for the products that a worker with the name of "Karelis" had selected, she accused me and my girlfriend of stealing merchandise from the establishment. Because of this person I have experienced the greatest shame of my life, what this woman has done is called defamation, she accuses me of something that I have not done in front of a lot of people and she has treated me as if I were a criminal. I am a resident of the area and I go several times a week to this establishment and I had already witnessed meetings of this person "Karelis" with other clients, but I never imagined that I would go through this situation with that worker. In my opinion, that woman is not qualified to work with the public or to leave her house. She can't go through life treating people like that.

Worst pharmacy ever. Slow, and the pharmacists are so rude. My doctor will send prescriptions and when I show up they say they dont have it.. everytime! These pharmacists are so rude too

My favorite thing about this cvs is everything is always in stock when I need it. Just kidding. Nothing is ever in stock. I’ve been living upstairs for about a year and it’s honestly a pleasant surprise when there’s actually tampons or baby wipes fully stocked

came to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist couldn’t have cared less about his job. I have my insurance on my profile and have never had to give them my insurance card since the first time years ago. he claimed it wasn’t on my profile and I needed to come back with it despite me asking him to double check. came back with my card and he said it wasn’t the right one so I asked him again to check my profile and low and behold it was there. he was trying to make me pay 20x what I normally pay all because he was too dismissive and lazy to double check my file. immediately contacted my doctor and asked that my next refill be sent to a different location.

This store is filthy and needs to be remodeled badly. The neighborhood is up and coming and this store needs to match the area. The CVS a couple blocks north is much better.

Horrible pharmacy customer service!!! They are not paying attention on customers. Line of 6 people and they are not doing anything! Was waiting for over 40 min to call pharmacy to transfer prescription. Acting wear.

This CVS needs to be shut down. I cannot believe that corporate is even allowing this store to remain open. This store is a disgrace to the CVS brand. I tried to purchase an item and the register wasn’t picking the item up from the bar code (seems to be an ongoing problem at this location) so the employee working the register tried to manually input the barcode and it still did not register the item. I went back to the shelves (see picture for proof) and took a photo of where I pulled the item from. After showing it to the employee, he proceeded to tell me that it didn’t mean anything and that he couldn’t let me buy the item…I’ve never heard such a thing where a customer cannot buy a shelved item from a retail store. He started to give me attitude after asking him to manually register the item and ring me up for the price it was displayed for. As a former CVS employee, I’m ashamed of this CVS location. I was always taught back when I worked for CVS that “the customer is always right”. Whoever manages this store needs to check themselves.

I can't believe they denied me the use of the bathroom. The city should fine an establishment that denies the use of the bathroom. I have been a CVS member for many years
