I went to do my COVID 19 PCR test for a flight and first off, I was told it was at a CVS. I arrived late because I spent 15 minutes looking for a CVS, when it was actually inside the Navarros AND THAT WAS NOT MENTIONED WHEN I SCHEDULED MY EXAM. Next, they promise a 1-2 day turn around for the test, but when I went to call and ask about my results that weren’t back after 48h, the person who answered the phone said the 1-2 wait period only began 24H AFTER YOU DO THE TEST BECAUSE THEY ONLY GIVE IT TO THE LAB 24H AFTER!!! With a flight to catch and a 72h time limit for these tests, CVS really needs to be more clear with how the process works.

Excellent experience at the pharmacy, Isabel was very nice and helpful. I was in need of urgent medication for my grandma and she and Dr. Tamayo were so professional. My medicine was ready in 10 minutes!! Thanks so much!

I like the products they sell specially the Spanish wines ,what I did not like about this location is that the Shopping center is one of the dirtiest I have ever seen, there was trash flying all over the place, really unpleasant

Great selection of items but extremely crowded and staff is not that friendly. Horrible parking spaces!

You can never find someone to speak English to you. When you speak to them in English they treat you like your not in your own country . And the parking is horrible.

I can never reach pharmacy employees (at any branch) to leave patient prescriptions. And when prescriptions are left on voicemail they don't get filled up!
