I love Pet Supplies Plus in Florence. I got an email with a good discount so ordered big dog food bag and kitty litter. Used curbside pickup so I didn't have to use my sprained back to load it all. Friendly staff and a coupon for next visit.

Great little pet store. Don't let the little store front fool you... This place is packed inside with just about any and everything you might find at a chain store with more square footage of retail space. And competitive pricing??? Forget about it. They will more then likely be cheaper and if they aren't I'm sure a price match isn't out of the question. The only drawback (for some) is the heavy petsy odor. But I loved it. Stop in and check them out. You won't be disappointed.

Very helpful staff. They have a great selection for all different pet needs. I enjoy that they often have sales on different items. The store is clean and easy to navigate through. I definitely enjoy shopping here.

I love this place! I love in Indiana and drive over to Florence,KY just for this place. The staff are inviting and friendly they know their stuff! I can't believe the Level of friendly customer service at the Florence, KY store. First LISA, and now KRISTIN!! She was not only Sweet but Super helpful and helped me figure out the online coupon code since my order was over $70!! Thank you so much!! I will definitely be a Repeat Client!!! A+A+ LISA IS THE BEST AT FLORENCE KY STORE!!...My First Time having a big order delivered!!
