10 Best drugstore in Houston, Texas (TX) 2024

What I don’t like the pharmacy is they only have # 34 shelf for all their medicine & it’s so hard to find what you want. They should put some # or letter to separate the shelf then it would be way easy. If you go ask to pharmacist for some medicine they send you to #34 right or left, that’s it,,, then it takes you so long to find it. Unless you called for assistance & assistance are not always come fast. I hope they solve it soon ~Teklino

As somebody that has been coming to this store for over 30 years, you should deff live up to your standards and open back up 24 hours. This has always been my family's go to, especially when we're sick and everything about this store both online, phone, and physically says open 24 hours but you're not. Can I get an explanation. This store is a staple in this area, don't ruin it ~Chris

Zachariah from the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me with my prescription. The frustration of being in between doctors and the pharmacy, especially when ill, takes its toll on patients. But Zachariah helped me resolve my issues by going above and beyond. Keep up the great work! ~Kelsey

Id recommend going inside if you want to pick up medication. I sat in the drive through over 10 mins and saw the clerk ignore my calls. This was after the initial communication. I wanted to make sure i wasn’t forgotten sitting so long so i called again, and she said it would be a minute. I went inside and was checked out by the other clerk within 2 minutes. Quick in and out. ~Dashka

Just went into CVS to print photos at the instant photo booth where they refused to provide the USB Cord for me to be able to use their photo printer. The manager- who I was told was OLLAI, who may or may not be the actual manager, told me it was her decision because other people have been stealing their cords. I’ve been assumed a thief here. Not the greatest feeling. I’d reconsider visiting this place because they will assume you’re going to steal products that should be provided for services they offer. Very disappointed in the customer service ~Jazzminn

I’m giving them two stars instead of one star because I have to consider that the girl is at least trying but just like everything else in this area it is well below the quality of anywhere else. Way too many people go here for having just two people behind the counter trying to repair thousands of orders a day. Reality this is a one star but I have to take in the consideration that people from this part of town just don’t know any better ~Vince

Never drop of your FedEx package for shipping here. I drop off an express next day delivery at 1:30pm and it did not go out until the next day. If I knew FedEx does not pickup on the same day I would have drop it off somewhere else. Walgreen please let your customer know if FedEx is not going to pickup on the same day. ~Paul

3rd and last time I go to this pharmacy. I rarely need to make pharmacy visits so I never know what to expect. 1st time they ignored me and a couple of other people waiting in line. I'd just gotten out of oral surgery so it hurt to talk...but waiting 30 minutes when the line is 2 people deep is absurd. 2nd time they were actually helpful. 3rd time the young lady and the "tech" behind the counter are speaking about me in my face. The young lady seemed to be having a bad day so I wont hold it against her. I get it customer service is hard, but you're literally dealing with people who are sick or going through things and common sense goes a long way. You can really tell who goes into certain professions for money and it's sad. The 3 stars are for the people at the front! ~Abigail

I have reviewed this place before I believe and they still are the worst pharmacy ever. I am sitting in the drive thru now for 25 minutes waiting to pick up a prescription that has been ready for days. I can't pick up because the lines in drive thru are terribly long. I don't know if they need better organization skills or what but this is the only pharmacy that I have to wait excessive amounts of time at. If my insurance didn't make me use Caremark, I def would not come here and I def do not recommend this CVS....Just terrible. ~April
