The customer service is unacceptable. I got an appointment for the flu vaccine considering using my lunch time. Appointment got delayed by 35 minutes. The doctor was aware of delay time but was still continuing carring his routine duties filling medication and making phone calls. Everyone time has to be valued.

This pharmacy is no longer trustworthy they had the long Medicine with my name on it I had to call the doctor and Even then it wasn't ready an hour and a 1/2 later this is now become a dangerous location to fill your prescription

3rd and last time I go to this pharmacy. I rarely need to make pharmacy visits so I never know what to expect. 1st time they ignored me and a couple of other people waiting in line. I'd just gotten out of oral surgery so it hurt to talk...but waiting 30 minutes when the line is 2 people deep is absurd. 2nd time they were actually helpful. 3rd time the young lady and the "tech" behind the counter are speaking about me in my face. The young lady seemed to be having a bad day so I wont hold it against her. I get it customer service is hard, but you're literally dealing with people who are sick or going through things and common sense goes a long way. You can really tell who goes into certain professions for money and it's sad. The 3 stars are for the people at the front!

Staff is about what and what walked around the store looking over and over for deodorant cannot find the ordering there was not a posted sign I asked the manager about could he put a temporary find up he indicated no he could not do that he don't care how long it takes for corporate to send one all the while he continues to text on his cell phone

I was in this store around 11:30am today. As I entered the store a man over 6 feet tall was pushing a cart out of the store full of candy bars. The Sales Associate was yelling at the beauty consultant to stop the guy from stealing. I was completely baffled that a grown man would fiercely direct this young "woman" to stop this unstable man. This man was crazy enough to WALK in a slow pace out the store pushing a cart full of stolen merchandise and could’ve easily hurt this petite lady. The sales associate proceeded to scold her in front of the customers asking her why she didn’t stop him. SIR! She didn’t stop him for the same reason you did NOT!! As I continued with my purchase, I noticed that beauty consultant grabbed her things and was no longer at the register. I don't know if she got in trouble for not stopping the thief but the look her face prompted me to write this review with a follow up letter to corporate. It is not the employee’s job to put themselves in danger as I'm sure Walgreens have insurance to cover a few boxes of candy bars. This was a scary situation for the employees and its customers. She should not have been ridiculed in front of customer’s or otherwise. I must state that every time that I have been in this store Sales associate has always had great customer service. However, I believe some additional training is required for these types of situations. Please investigate this matter. Thank you. This is the worst place to pick up your prescriptions. Theirs always an issue with them not giving you the complete order and then you call them to ask about what happened and they get offensive and start lying about checking cameras and saying they gave you everything. They are rude disrespectful and worst place to visit. Check your stuff before you walk out the store . Horrible place and the staff the WORST people ever

Understaffed and they don't care. Automatically hangs up on callers after 30 minutes on hold including physicians. They claim they can't hire as no applicants. If they paid more they would have more applicants. Very poor service!

I had an appointment for a booster at 6:50pm. 7:38pm I was still seating waiting to be called for the booster shot, after being made to fill out paperwork twice (I had already filled them out online when I scheduled the appointment) while others who arrived after me were taken back to receive theirs. I rarely leave reviews and never leave negative ones but I was so offended by the way I was treated I just had to post this review. I am a black woman and everyone else - not black - received prompt service. I asked why I was still waiting the lady administering the shots said I would be next. I will be taking my business elsewhere including getting the COVID booster shot. If I could have rated the service a zero I would.

I really like Walgreens at 510 Chimney Rock and go out of my way to use it. But the person who gave me my flu shot on 9/27/21 sealed it for me. That shot caused the least pain EVER. They apparently administered it in the perfect spot. Not too high and not to low. My arm normally throbs for days: once for months, but I hardly even noticed the soreness the next day this year. I’m amazed. This location is always clean and friendly too.

We went here to get our flu shots and it was such a great experience. The employee working in the front was friendly and happy and the pharmacy employees were attentive and friendly as well. We got our flu shots by a very kind and courteous pharmacist named Andy C. that was so friendly and did a great job administering our injections, it didn't hurt one bit. Thanks again!
