As somebody that has been coming to this store for over 30 years, you should deff live up to your standards and open back up 24 hours. This has always been my family's go to, especially when we're sick and everything about this store both online, phone, and physically says open 24 hours but you're not. Can I get an explanation. This store is a staple in this area, don't ruin it

Not 24 hours like your phone recording and online says. Misleading and needs to be changed. There are very few 24 hour Walgreens, so to have someone drive all the way across Houston, at 12:30am, to find out you are closed and misrepresenting is frustrating and completely unprofessional.

Even though Walgreens Corporate says the store is open 24 hours, even though the Walgreens App and website say the store is open 24 hours, the building says “24-HRS” this store is NEVER OPEN late. EVER. If this isn’t a textbook example of a business not caring about the community they’re located in, then I don’t know what is. Basically, just avoid location at all costs because chances are, they’ll be closed anyways.

Need to update hours on the website since its not 24 hours anymore.. Drove over there last Sunday at 1am it was closed. Very annoying

Not sure how many times it needs to be stated, but seeing how there’s still a gigantic “24hrs” sign on the side of the building, google still shows “open 24hrs”, AND even when you call the store line it gives the hours as operating for “24”; I’m going to repeat it and hopefully folks look at the reviews before driving all the way out there at 1, 2 or 3 in the morning (like I did)…. This store is NOOOOTTTT 24hrs!!!

They kept hanging the phone up on me when I called to have my prescription refilled at this location. Extremely unprofessional. They need to be FIRED.

Walgreens at 14616 Memorial in Houston has one of the most inconsiderate, unprofessional pharmacist I have had to deal with. As a customer waiting for a consultation I had to wait until the pharmacist Emily was done discussing with her work schedule and personal affairs with a co-worker. After I interrupted their conversation to remind them I need a consultation she was dismissive and rude. I have also made a complaint with the corporate office.

I am happy with the service provided by Dr. Nguyen. Especially when the drug given to me was causing bad reactions. He called my physician to change to an alternative so I could feel better.

Good store to quick stop. It's pretty clean. I like the staff here, too. Good people to know. I come here alot to pick up pictures. They're always fast & efficient with my orders. Stop by and check the store out.
