They showed me around while I was interviewing for a job there. The site is well organized and they take care of all their vehicles. They even said that they'd wash cars in suits if necessary to ensure they were ready for a reservation. I saw them handle a difficult customer with a nonsensical complaint who was not listening to them at all, and they kept their cool the entire time. Impressive.

Delbert Caples is the "MVE" (MOST VALUABLE EMPLOYEE) of this location, and possibly Enterprise in Houston as a whole. Unbelievable service during a time where car rentals are heavily backed up, hard to find, and collision centers are struggling as well. He went above and beyond to put us in a vehicle when we literally had to call and search for a car. We live in Katy, but WOW I would drive into town to get that level of service any time. Things were slightly delayed, so he LITERALLY walked the keys to the vehicle over's to Sam's Diner next door (I cannot make this up) and handed us keys while we were having lunch. (Side note, Sam's is worth a stop for breakfast or their patty melt for lunch with tots) So, Chrissy, and I'm speaking directly at YOU, if you read reviews about your own firm, ma'am, I would suggest you look internally at your own staff and see who actually GETS STUFF DONE. It isn't the current staff in Katy. The Nelson Way location used to be my #1. Seriously, check my history, I used to rent weekly and was some kind of super extra Platinum or something. But I'm renting wherever Delbert is going. If he ends up running all of Texas, I'm still renting Enterprise. Delbert has me. I'm willing to come back home to Enterprise. Enterprise has been quite good to me over the decades. Recent events have left me a bit concerned, but Mr Caples absolutely alleviated all of those. Please do what is right for your customers. Mr Caples did that. He made it all perfect, after a not-great experience at other locations. It took us 2 week to find a rental, he got us in a vehicle in less than 2 hours. As far as I'm concerned, that man can walk on water if he commands it.

I am glad that I decided to get a rental from this location for a little road trip. Ghaleb noticed that I needed a car to accommodate my family and offered a 7 seater van which was perfect for us. He was very professional and clearly a great salesman since it only took us 20 min to go in and come out with the rental we needed. I would definitely come to this location again for a rental.

Alonso, Ben and Luis were extremely helpful and friendly! I was able to walk in and rent a car immediately. They worked with me to show me all of my price options and get me the best possible deal. These guys are the best. I’ll be using this location every time I need a rental in Houston.

We've been in a rental for over a month, because body shop is waiting on parts to fix our suv. Alonso the manager text us and said we'd have to swap out our rental, because factory recall on Ford Explorer. He swapped us out today into another Explorer that had made it through the recall. We'd thought this was going to be a great inconvenience, but Alonso was very professional, has in and out in minutes. We travel a lot, and rent a lot of vehicles. I use to rent whomever was cheaper. I'm a diehard Enterprise man now. Thanks Alonso!

Don’t come to this location if you think your reservation will get you a car. Checked different locations and none had availability but this one finally did. Made the reservation the night before for 5am and heard nothing of not having availability. Called AAA to get my 1 day paid for with my tow and suddenly they don’t have any availability. It’s clear they just didn’t want to give me a car at the AAA rate. Then the manager had the audacity to tell me to “just Uber home”. They use our car wash at work so I asked him about all the cars that came through there and he said they were for already “confirmed reservations”?? I made a reservation in my own name the night before and had a confirmation number. What else needs to be confirmed? Terrible service and a joke of a “manager”
